Today is Sunday, December 8th 2019. Today is also Xavier's funeral. Well it's not really a funeral, her coffin is just gonna get loaded onto an airplane and she's going to get shipped back to O-side where her real funeral is going to take place. The school must have notified her parents but I'm not so sure if her parents know or care. It does not help that it is pouring rain outside. It almost looks like flash flooding can come at any moment. Joey is going to discharge me from the hospital for a short time just so I can see Xavier's coffin get loaded onto the airplane. He comes into my room and helps me sit on my wheelchair. I can get up just fine now. I'm just a bit hunched over and walk pretty slowly. Besides that I am doing well. As I sit down in my wheelchair, I raise up my arms as Joey puts on a black sweatshirt on me over my hospital gown. He pushes me out in the hallway of the hospital and we both wait for the elevator. I noticed that Joey does not have the boot on his foot anymore, must have healed pretty quick. The elevator opens up and we make it to the lobby of the hospital. He gets his umbrella ready while still pushing me and opens the door for both of us to make it outside in the pouring rain. It's a far distance from the hospital to the airplane runway but we made it in time.
Some people from my class who knew Xavier all came during this time despite the pouring rain. Terri is also here and Ryan as well, but he is playing on his NinBendo 3DS with a water proof protection case. I look up at Joey, who is holding the umbrella keeping us both somewhat dry, and he is eyeing at Ryan. Joey's face kinda looks like a "Dude...What the freak? Are you serious right now?" towards Ryan. Simon's not here, as I suspected. He does not really care for this stuff. Especially because this is for Xavier. I don't know what's his deal about Xavier? Why does he hate her so much? I have no time to think about that as I see some people holding Xavier's coffin trying to get it on the airplane. The coffin is closed, as one can figure out. It gets loaded onto the small cargo airplane as the plane takes off for a one way flight to O-side. I hope Xavier flies high. Joey pushes me back to the hospital because I still need to complete my physical therapy. He helps me take off the soaking wet black sweatshirt and just puts it in my bathroom leaving it to dry. I lay down in my bed pulling the blankets over me. Joey is about to leave until he says...
"Alex...Things will get better. I'm sure of it."
"...yeah" I said tiredly.
Joey then leaves my room closing the door all the way shut. I mind goes wild. So many things have happened over just a small amount time. But I have to get stronger. I have to find out if Margret really tried to kill us. If only I knew where she is hiding. But I have no time to think about that right now, right now I have to get stronger of learning to deal with my new prosthetic's.
I legit did not stop. I did not take any breaks and everyday I walked with my prosthetic's. I walked without the bars beside me, I learned how to get up from the floor by using my prosthetic's. I even tried to run a bit. I kept on doing this for a long time until I mastered it. After 10 days I can now walk again. And today is the day that I finally get released from the hospital. I ordered new clothes from the so called "Amazon" and tried them on right away. Not to brag but I look kinda amazing. I walk out of the hospital like a new man on this sunny day. I make it to District 3 house 2 and walk up to the front door. I slide my card key in but only open the door a tiny little bit. As soon as the door creeks open I kick it open with a loud BANG! I saw Joey's face a bit since he was the one closets to to the front door. I strut in like I was on the freaking run-way. I even did a little spin. After my spin my posed showing my new leg. Terri and Joey both got up from the couch and ran quickly over to me,
"How have ya been friend?! It's been so long!" Terri says with enthusiasm.
"Woah! Sick! I can't believe you learned so quickly." Joey says with excitement.
