Chapter 15 "Realization 2: The Electric Boogaloo"

      I woke up from my endless slumber with my head in a daze. 

"Ugh...What time is it?" I think to myself as I look at my alarm clock next to my bed

"CRAP! It's 7:59 am! I'M LATE FOR SCHOOL!!!" I jolted out of my bed rushing to put on some day cloths. I rushed to grab my phone unplugging it from the charger. The lock screen turned on and I saw the date...October 26th.

"Wait what...? It's a Saturday...I'm not late am I-HOLD ON!"

"WAS I ASLEEP FOR two FREAKING WEEKS?!" I screamed out loud. I think I woke up the rest of the other boy's in this hallway.

I casually opened the door to walk down the hallway and see my friends eating breakfast. 

"LOOK! He finally woke up!" Simon yelled with his mouth full of frozen dino nuggets. 

"See there was nothing to worry about." Jess explained in a soothing voice. 

"Wait what.. Was I asleep for two weeks and WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE ZODIACS? AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CONVENTION GEM? AND AND AND!" I was freaking out. I was yelling so loud everyone could hear me. I put my knees on the ground while I'm staring down at the ground sweating and screaming in confusion like I realized that my whole life is being controlled by a simulation. Until I felt a hand on my shoulder, I look up and it's Joey. 

"We need to talk." Joey says as he lifts me off the ground and brings me to the dinning table with everyone sitting down. 

      "Now do you want me to do it or...?" Joey says to Ryan.

"I'll do it." Ryan says as he quickly looks at me straight dead into my eyes. "Look Alex I'm gonna cut to the chase, there are no Zodiacs." 

"Wait what?!" I immediately interrupted him.

"Just shut up for a second Alex." Ryan continues

"Wait...I thought my name is Leo?" I interrupted him again. 

"No you fucking idiot. Your name isn't LEO it's ALEX. A-L-E-X ALEX! You kept on saying your name was "Leo" during your schizophrenic episodes. And like I said there are no Zodiacs. They're all fake. You made them up in your head." says Ryan 

"But what about me having fire powers? I burned a house to the ground because Margret kidnapped you, Jess, Joey, I think Simon, and Xavier!" I jumped out of my seat. "And I melted a dude to turned his body into solid hard diamond! What about that?!" I screamed in confusion while my hands are slammed down on the table. 

"If you would let me continue I can tell you." Ryan looks easily frustrated. I sat back down calmly. "Look after you came back to our house after school you started murmuring to yourself. Something like Ryan was kidnapped and Simon give me Caprisun. You went on the wall phone for like 20 minutes just standing there while no one was on the other line. After you hanged up, you walked out the door and slipped onto some ice outside on our door steps." 

"You got a concussion and fell into a coma with out us realizing." Joey said 

"You kept on falling to the ground and you just kept on falling asleep. I had to dragged you out of the convention." Jess said surprised. 

"But didn't you said the convention thing was fake?" I said questioningly

"No. The convention was real. You and Jess went to it and both cos-played as somebody. Then you passed out saying shit like Convention gem and you won't get away with this." Ryan said 

"I guess the dude with the diamond body was fake and having blue fire powers was fake as well. But what about Margret? Is she in the school?" I said 

"What no. She's still in jail. Remember two years ago when chocked you and you nearly died?" Ryan told me. 

"Oh yeah! You're right! Now I remember." I said with enthusiasm.

"So now you see the Zodiacs are fake, Margret coming back was fake, and the dude with the diamond body was fake. What is real is Cameron becoming really hot, Sadie having a fan club, Jess being an illegal immigrant, and Me being a scientist that made the UK into a zombie waste land." Ryan said

"Huh that's true I guess-"

"Also Xavier ain't your girlfriend." Simon says as he cut me off

"Excuse me what now?" I said confused. "Why would I date her?" 

"I don't know man, you had a schizophrenic episode and with you murmuring we kinda piece together the puzzle or some shit like that. It was really creepy like just stop with that. Also here."

Simon tosses me a CVS pill container with the name 'Alex Ray". 

"Is this my schizophrenia medication?" I say as I look at Simon. 

"Yup." He says. "That shit was mad expensive it was like...I don't know...like twenty million Codo-coins?"

"WHAT THE SHIT?!" I screamed. 

"Yeah no wonder you didn't buy it. Health care ain't free ya know." Ryan says. 

      Well I now know the truth. Everything cool that happened was all fake. Xavier is not my girlfriend...Thank god! And now I have my medication to keep me sane. What is gonna happen next?
