Bowen woke up and saw Skye asleep facing him. Sweeping Skye's bangs aside to reveal his beautiful face, a smile curved the corners of Bowen's mouth upward.
As though he could feel someone staring at him, Skye gradually opened his eyes. "Good morning," he greeted.
"Good morning ge." Bowen sat up, gave the room a quick scan to make sure that there were no bugs around, and got out of bed.
A chuckle emitted from Skye's lips. "Go wash up. I'll make us some breakfast."
"Okay." Bowen hurried out of the room, showered, and changed his clothes.
Skye prepared breakfast as promised, after washing up. He made two ham and egg sandwiches, heated up some soy milk, and brewed a pot of coffee.
"I'm starved," Bowen announced.
"Sit down and eat," Skye instructed and placed a glass of soy milk in front of him.
"Thanks ge." Skye grabbed a sandwich and took a bite. "Mm..."
"Bowen, we need to meet up with Bailey at 11 a.m. Remember to call Sion to remind him."
"All right."
"Oh, I found your bug from last night," Skye informed.
"Really?"
"Yes," Skye confirmed. "It was black and fuzzy."
"That sounds gross." Bowen shivered at the thought.
"You shouldn't hurt his feelings like that."
"Well, he shouldn't be on my bed in the first place."
"You left your bedroom door open, so he went in."
"What does that have to do with it?"
Skye got out of his seat and went to pick up their black cat, Wei Wei. "Glide your hand on his tail."
"Why?"
"Just do it."
"Fine." Bowen's eyes widened when he realized that the so-called bug that he felt last night was actually Wei Wei's tail. He jumped on to sleep on Bowen's bed because it was warm, and his swaying tail came in contact with Bowen's hand. "So, he's the bug?"
"Yes." Skye laughed.
Frowning, Bowen took another bite of his sandwich. "That's not funny."
Skye pressed his lips into a thin line and agreed. "Nope. It's not funny at all. I think Jensen and Sion will agree with me."
"Aiyoh, don't tell them."
"Don't tell us what?" Jensen's voice caught them by surprise.
"Jensen ge, why are you here so early?" Bowen asked. Maybe it isn't a good idea for him to have a copy of our house keys. Never mind. Jensen ge is family.
"Sion told me that you three are meeting with Bailey this morning."
"Good morning Sion ge," Bowen greeted when he saw him walking in behind Jensen.
"Good morning." Sion placed a bag on the table. "Jensen ge got everyone Shanghai breakfast rice rolls."
"Oh, goody," Bowen mumbled as he swallowed what was in his mouth.
