A/N: I should be able to get in at least one update per week. It'll obviously depend on how much homework I have and stuff, but I'm going to try to update every weekend or during the week if possible. I'm hoping to have this done before January 1st, so yeah. The story might go a little faster than planned haha.
Phase one of our plan starts on Monday.
You know, new week, new start. All that fun shit.
It takes place after school. Well, not really after school, but after the last period of the day when everyone's leaving.
This part of the plan stars me. Being the only one that's a convincing actor- years of theater help that I guess- means that I'm the only realy option here, unless Four wants to tarnish his flawless reputation by having Peter basically overpower him and shit. I'm not sure that would work, anyway.
I walk along, clutching all of my books tightly and keeping my gaze down towards the ground. Shauna is hiding somewhere, recording this whole thing from somewhere.
I feel my shoulder slam into someone else's and allow myself to fall onto my back. Time to play the clueless innocent.
"What where the fuck you're going." Peter snaps.
I scoot myself back from him, Molly, and Drew, rolling onto my knees and scrambling to pick up my books. I keep my head down and make my hands shake for some extra effect because why not, right?
Molly laughs. "Oh, look at that. It's Marlene." A hand grabs onto my shirt and drags me up. My back slams into a wall, and I stare at them with wide eyes.
"What's the matter? You lost your edge?" Peter taunts. He pulls me back and slams me into the lockers again.
I don't reply, twisting and pretending to actually try to escape. I think it's actually pretty believable. It's kind of funny that they buy it since I could easily kick their asses into next Tuesday, but I guess it's a good thing I've never had to actually do it.
"Let go of me," I say.
Molly smirks. So does Drew, but he kind of looks constipated. "Not a chance."
I glare at Peter and kick at him, but he slams me into the lockers again. Come on, Uriah. Are you going to take your damn cue or do they have to paralyze me?
Sure enough, footsteps echo down the hallway. I twist against Peter's grip again. "Let go." I snap.
"You heard her," For once I'm actually kind of relieved that Uriah is here. "Let her go."
Shauna must have gotten enough footage.
Peter rolls his eyes and looks at Uriah. "You think you're intimidating, Pedrad?"
I look over at Uriah, forcing myself to look terrified. He barely even glances at me. Uriah narrows his eyes and crosses his arms over his chest. "How intimidating I am doesn't matter. What matters is the fact that I'm going to kick the living shit out of you if you don't let go of her."
Peter drops me suddenly, and my feet slam into the ground. I hurry to scoop up my fallen books and move back behind Uriah. "Let's go." Uriah says, wrapping an arm around my shoulders. He leads me away from Peter, Molly, and Drew.
I don't say a word to him until we get out to my car. "Did you not notice your fucking cue?" I snap, shoving his shoulder.
Uriah rolls his eyes. "Of fucking course I did. Shauna told me to wait a few seconds. Lauren said that she needed to show that even if you begged to be released or got pissed off and demanded to be released, he wouldn't. So don't fucking get pissed off at me."
I roll my eyes and get into the drivers' seat. Uriah climbs into the passenger seat and buckles up. The whole ride to his house, he stares at the windshield angrily.
I stop out front his house. Without even thanking me for giving him a ride, he climbs out and storms off.
"You're welcome." I snap at the shut door. I drive off to my house. Let's hope I don't have to worry about any more parts of the plan, because my homework is more than enough to keep me busy.
