Demi's POV

I couldn't contain my tears on the ride to the hospital. How could I ever possibly lose Lilly? She made me so happy and I just couldn't see her pain.

You're such an idiot. This is all your fault. If it weren't for you, she wouldn't be dying right now!

The demons roared within me and I couldn't stop them.

We got into the emergency room where I was directed into the waiting room. Soon enough, a doctor came up to me. "Miss Lovato, Lilly is awake. She's going to be just fine and you can go see her now."

I practically sprinted to her room. When I saw her I couldn't help but notice how fragile she was, with her pale face and eyes with a broken look in them. I ran my fingers down the side of her face and just looked at her, not saying anything. I kissed her on the forehead as she slowly slid into a gental sleep.

When she woke up again, I said "Lilly, I'm so glad you're okay. I was so scared I lost you. I wish I didn't leave you alone, this is all my fault."

"Dems, don't you dare say that. It was all me and I'm glad I woke up. You being here with me is amazing and I'm glad you didn't leave me.

"How could I ever leave you babe? You're my everything and I will never give up on you. EVER." I let up a small smile and hugged her. I whispered into her ear, "You are my always". 

Lilly's POV

I'm so glad she didn't leave me. At least that was what everyone else would've done to me. 

For a while we just stared into each other's eyes. Hers are absolutely gorgeous and full of emotion. When the doctor came in and said I could be discharged, I was overjoyed. "However," he said, "Because it was an attempted suicide, Lilly, you need to get professional help upon discharge. I can leave you and Miss Lovato to discuss this and just tell me what you decide on when you're ready."

"Babe, what do you want to do? I have a really good therapist that you'd like."

"Sure, I'll give them a try," I said. To be honest, I was terrified to talk to a therapist. The only people I'd opened up to were Demi and Anna.

"Dems, I'm so sorry I did this. You've done so much for me and this is how I repay you," I say with a tear in my eye.

Demi kisses me softly on the lips and looks me in the eye, giving me a look that basically said "are you kidding me I know what you're going through and you better not blame this on yourself". I giggled and changed out of my gown. Boy, it was gonna be so good to go home.

Demi's POV

As we returned, I decided to celebrate by making dinner. Of course I burned the chicken so bad that it started smoking, so I just ordered Chinese.

When Lilly saw what we were having, she just laughed really hard at the fact that I can't cook. "Hush," I said while playfully hitting her on the arm, "I bet you couldn't do better"

"I bet I could!" Lilly stuck her tongue out. 

"Then prove it!" I got up and chased her, which led to a giant game of hide-and-seek tag around my house. I finally pinned her to the couch and kissed her. The kissing got more intense, my tongue sliding into her mouth. I could feel a fire coming out of me and we got more passionate. The moment was interupted by the phone ringing, and I laughed when I saw it was just my manager. I went back to the couch and cuddled the night away with Lilly.
