Jimmy’s POV

“If we make Higgins talk about James’ altered pocket square, it will make the ongoing joke we have here more funny!” Andie smiled and pointed to A.D.’s script.

A.D. nodded and smiled. “Second day on the job and you’re already correcting me.”

It was Andie’s second day as head writer, and I didn’t see her as much. She must have been working extremely hard. She had on a blue blazer with a black v-neck top. The sparkly necklace she was wearing definitely didn’t distract me from looking at the way her perky breasts filled the shirt. Especially since she was pretty bubbly and bouncy today. My eyes dragged themselves upward to that smile. I realized she was watching me stare at her this whole time.

“Hey Jimmy, you think we covered everything?” Andie asked.

I nodded. She smiled in response. “Okay, well I think this meeting is over. If you need me I’ll be in my office.”

Everyone was leaving. Andie was still writing as everyone left. Soon the room was empty, and it was just me and her. She was feverishly writing notes on a script I was going to be reading off for tonight’s revamp of “Nightly News Now”. I had to be staring at her for 5 minutes. Gosh, she was stunning today. She might have done this on purpose. She finally looked up and smiled at me.

“You okay, Jim? You’ve been sitting in the same position for a while.”

“I’m fine.” I cleared my throat. “I was just trying to take a breather before I get to work.”

She nodded, still looking me up and down. “Oh, well..”

“What’d you say?” I widened my eyes.

“I figure you can take a peek at the script before Miles does his little edits. It’s all my writing.” Andie got up from her seat and sat the paper in front of me, grinning from ear to ear. I read off the first few lines, and I would have sworn it was something Tina wrote. I loved it. I slid the paper towards her and looked up.

“It’s incredible, well the part I read. I bet the rest is great too.”

“Really?” She exclaimed, clutching the paper.

“Really. I’m happy you decided to come work here. I’m more than happy.”

She sat in front of me on the desk and grabbed my tie. She loosened it and began to re-tie it. I stopped her and she ran her hand to the nape of my neck and pulled me in for a kiss. I couldn’t pull away. I ended up on my feet pulling her dress up and she wasn’t stopping me.

She wasn’t stopping me.

She wanted this as bad as I did. I was hard and I wanted her on this table.  I haven’t had sex since Nancy, and I wasn’t about to do it on this table, was I? I heard the door swing open.

“Oh, sorry guys!” Higgins slammed the door shut. I sat back in the chair and sighed. Andie pulled her dress back down and stepped off the table. She giggled before handing me the now dented and wrinkled script. She pecked my cheek and walked out of the room. She was such a mystery. After this day, it happened pretty often. We never went that far, but always got closer and closer. Whether it be the office, her car, my car, my office, her place, my place, the elevator, the roof, and other various hidden places, we couldn’t control ourselves. I thought things would get serious really fast, but they didn’t until Andie’s grandmother from Pittsburgh died. The funeral was during a hiatus week, so I promised her I’d fly out with her so she wouldn’t be alone. And after that, things immediately got serious. Our secret office sessions diminished, and things got more tense. I wasn’t sure how people would take a 40 year old man dating a nearly 23 year old.
