It was a good thing that there was a sleeping place for cats who need to be at the craft place more than usual. Katie slipped out of her sleeping bag and tiptoed to the door. She opened that door, which made a small creak, and turned right. The elevator was only what looked like a foot away. Katie tiptoed to it and was going to press the down button, but there were two? When the elevator doors opened, Katie stepped inside. The only buttons she saw were 1, 1, and 1. Katie pressed the second 1. Suddenly, a few seconds after the door closed, the roof opened and the elevator went down quickly! Katie held onto the pole that some cats hold on when going down an elevator. The elevator stopped, somehow. Katie was holding onto the side of the elevator now, and jumped off.

The door opened slowly. Katie walked in it, and there was a bunch of mirrors. All of the mirrors reflected her, but none was unusual. After a few seconds, she was teleported back to the elevator. The elevator closed its doors and went down.

"Huh?" Asked Katie.

The elevator went down normally now, instead of the craziness that happened a minute before. After a few floors, the elevator opened its doors again. Inside was stars. Lots and lots of stars. Katie walked, but then fell, because it wasn't a flat surface. But she didn't hit the floor! She was flying all around the box, and she couldn't control it. Katie teleported to the elevator again after a few seconds, and the doors closed again. Katie looked up. She saw nothingness there. The door opened again, and it lead her back to the craft place.

"Katie, where have you been?" Said a voice.

It was Fern.

"You've stayed there all night?" Asked Fern. "Well, I think you just slept there. At least it's morning now, and maybe we can go."

Katie walked out. "Maybe, it might be too windy."

The elevator door closed behind Katie.

"It's always windy." Said the cat who ran the craft place. "But, you can get there. Wherever you're going."

"Katie," Said Fern, "Before you go, I found this on your bed."

"Thanks." Said Katie, and grabbed whatever Fern was holding.

The stone looked like the rushing wind, even though wind can't be seen.

"Let's go." Said Katie, and they went out the door.
