"Flight has landed, repeat, flight has landed", the flight attendant called out, waking me up.
I heard people unbuckling the latch on the storage compartment above their seats and guiding young children to the exit ways.
"C'mon Mia, hurry up, sleepy head!", my mom joked.
I really wasn't in the mood for jokes. I was tired, like super tired. Plus my period had just recently started so I was really moody, too. I was bored, on top of it all. I was almost in shock when I saw the airport. It had in bold words 'WELCOME TO ENFIELD".
"Welcome home", my mom said.
I was kind of excited to see the new house my mom was bragging about for the past month.
"You excited?", my dad asked.
I shrugged. "Sure, I guess".
I walked over to the conveyor belt and waited for my luggage. I snagged one of the Seventeen magazines, so I still had it in my hand, rolled up like a horn.
I spotted the bright red luggage bag faster than anything. I lifted it up, and lifted up the handle and began to roll it over to my parents, who had their luggage already. They both smiled, and led me to the taxi cab, which was conveniently waiting for us at the entrance.
"5197 South St.", my dad said to the taxi driver.
"So you new to town?", the taxi driver asked, beginning to drive off.
"Yea, just moved here from Maine", my dad answered.
"Ah", he said, "Maine-iacs".
"That's quite offensive, mr...", my dad said, looking for his name tag , "Wallace".
"I'm so sorry sir", Wallace apologized.
"It's fine", I chirped in, embarrassed.
"How old are you?", Wallace asked, looking through the rear view mirror.
"Um", I started, "I'm 16.. Almost 17".
"Ah, I see", he nodded.
When we arrived, I saw a small yellow painted house. It had a nice fancy white roofing and a cute little stone pathway leading around the white picket fence. I had a line of hue plants surrounding the perimeter of the house.
"Wow", was all I could say.
My parents were still paying the man who drove us here. It almost unsettled me that a complete stranger now knew where I lived, and he seemed to have an unusual interest in me. It sends creepy chills down my spine.

When I walked in, the majority of our furniture was here, but how? My parents walked into the room, waiting for my reaction.

"H-how did we get our furnit-"

"Airmail, my darling", my mom smiled and hugged my dad.

"Like the place?", my dad asked.

"I love it!", I shouted. It was cozy. The walls and the drapery somehow reminded me of home and I wanted to hug someone.

"Then you'll love your room even more", my mom smirked.

My room. I forgot about my room. I ran up the carpeted stairs and almost slipped on the wooden tiles that led to my square shaped room.

I gasped. When I walked in, to my right was my closet, which was empty, but would be soon full. I turned around from my closet and looked in the corner of my room and saw an armoire looking thing. I just shrugged. Then it came to the walls. The walls were covered in posters of things I loved. Green Day, Dimensia, photos of me and Shane, which almost made me tear up, old photos of me and Riley and other friends. Like a wall of me.

All the sudden before I could admire my room more, my mom grabbed me by the shoulders and hugged me. "Do you like it? Your father and I hired professional room designers to make your room you!"

"Oh my god I love it. I'm speechless", I said. My mom smiled. Then I remembered I didn't have a bed... "wait, what about my bed?"

"It's right here?", my mom said, pointing to the armoire.

"What? No that's an armoire", I said.

"Oh but it isn't, my dah-ling", my mom smiled. She opened the armoire and out popped a bed. It was a full bed with green, blue, pink, yellow, and white overlapping circles comforter and 2 pillows that matched it.

"Did she open her bed yet?", my dad called, walking up the stairs.

"Just did!", my mom called.

Then soon enough, in came my smiling dad with a large bag. It was then placed in front of me before my parents kindly commanded me to open it. Well shit, I was happy.

I pulled out the green and blue tissue paper and let it dance to the floor. I pulled something out of the bag and it was a pillow. It was hot pink and green and in the shape of a rectangle. About the size of a typical travel pillow, but I loved it. It said "MIA", on it.

"Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you I love it!!!", I continuously said.

"There's more", my dad added. More? How could there be more?

I reached in again, this time surprised to find a dress. It was the dress that I saw like a month ago at Hollister that I just fell in love with! It had a black background and was covered in white and yellow daisies. It went down to just above my knee and it was like a tank top type of strap. It was extremely comfy material.

"Thank you! I love it!", I screamed.

"We love you, Mia", my parents said.

"I love you too!", I said.

I started to put the pillow on my bed before my parents interrupted me.

"Oh", my mom started, "don't forget that you have your first day at school tomorrow"

Suddenly a frown was carved onto my face. School. But hopefully this school wouldn't suck like Arkford.

"It's getting late", my dad said, "I would start changing into your pajamas".

"But dad", I started, "what pajamas. It's all on a plane".

"Mia, have you even checked the shelves of the bed? When you open it?", my mom sighed.

Dumbfounded, I walked over to my bed and realized my pajama inventory had been restocked with cute pajamas!

"New room, new bed, new state, new pajamas?! I love this!", I cried.

My parents hugged me and left me alone while I went into the shower. I'll be the first to admit that the shower was confusing, but I got the hang of it. I then changed into my pajamas. I picked the ones with the bubbles that said 'Don't Mean To Burst Your Bubble, But...'. Once I got myself settled and brushed my teeth, I flipped over the corner of my covers and settled myself in my new home.

"School tomorrow", I said aloud, "you'll do okay".
