Chapter 15

"So...who was that guy from earlier, anyway?" Zoro finally asked as he took a seat next to Saya at the bar, the scene he had walked in on at the pool early had been bugging him all day.

Saya was focused on playing with the end of her short frilly white dress but looked up at Zoro when he asked the question, the waves of her long red hair bouncing slightly. "Oh, Katakuri? He's one of the sons from the Charlotte family. Big Mom was a huge business competitor of Pops and now her and Shanks butt heads. Guess dad has his hands in a lot of the properties around town."

Zoro's eyes widened for a moment before he spoke his head in disbelief. "You'd never guess that by looking at him, or the state of his bar or your house for that matter..."

"Hey," Saya smacked Zoro lightly on the arm. "We like the rustic look, plus everything has memories now so I don't think any of us have the heart to fix the house up more than is desperately needed."

"Makes sense...I have heard of the Charlotte family though. Didn't know they were the saving types," Zoro shrugged before downing his glass of sake.

"Maybe he only saved me because I'm cute~" Saya smiled, leaning closer to Zoro.

"I mean you are fucking cute, but I don't want another guy realizing that," Zoro grumbled as he pulled her closer by snaking his arm around her waist.

"Doesn't matter if he does, because I only have eyes for my mosshead~" Saya cooed, kissing Zoro's cheek.

"You better, because you're mine," Zoro smirked, moving his hand down to roughly squeeze her ass.

Saya blushed, pressing her face into the crook of his neck to hide it. "I know I am," she hummed contently.

"Can you two cool it with the PDA? This is supposed to be a family vacation ya know," Ace informed as he took a seat next to his sister and Zoro at the bar. "Also give me that back," he added as he took his cowboy hat off of Saya's head and put it on his own. "I said you could take it to the pool, not wear it all day."

"But now everyone can see my hat hair!" Saya whined, gaining her a huff of annoyance from her green-haired boyfriend. "What?" She frowned, looking up at him.

"Here," Zoro muttered as he pulled the hair tie conveniently off her wrist, gently turned her around, and started pulling her hair up into a high ponytail. "You've got quite a lot of hickeys on your neck...I wonder who gave you those?" Zoro whispered into Saya's ear, smirking as she shivered at his closeness.

"Guys, I fucking swear," Ace growled, glaring at both of them. "If you're going to act like that then go up to your room!"

"Okay, okay!" Zoro chuckled as he backed up a bit, leaning back against the bar to order another drink.

"Hey, should you even be drinking?" Saya asked as she observed Ace take a sip from a beer.
"Why shouldn't I be?" The freckled male questioned, raising a brow as he looked down at his sister.

"Because you're probably still on medication from getting hurt. That wasn't that long ago" Saya frowned, looking up at her older brother expectantly.

"Uh, well, Law said a beer or two wouldn't hurt..." Ace grinned sheepishly, scratching the back of his head, his cowboy hat tipping forward during the process.

"I said no such thing," Law stated as he came up to the bar too, ordering drinks for him and his girlfriend. "So, if anything happens to Ace-ya, I am certainly not accountable for him being a dumbass."
