Juyeon and Chanhee were a match made in heaven, a couple matchmade by cupid himself. They were the perfect definition of a perfect couple.

Were.

They were the epitome of a perfect relationship, until Chanhee finds Juyeon locking lips with someone else. It hurts Chanhee, but what made his heart hurt more is the fact that Juyeon didn't kiss someone else accidentally or while in the influence of alcohol. He kissed the lips of another person willingly, and that made Chanhee's heart shatter into pieces.

Fast forward to a year later, Chanhee still hasn't move on. He left everything behind to start new and move on from the heartbreak, but how can he move on when everything he sees reminds him of Juyeon and Juyeon only?

"Chanhee!"

Chanhee turned around to looked at whoever called his name. He regrets it a second later, for when he turned around, he saw Juyeon running towards him.

He dropped the phone he was holding, and Juyeon was quick enough to pick it up and give it to him. He took it immediately, and proceeded on walking away from him as soon as possible but Juyeon quickly grabbed his arm so that he can face him.

Chanhee can see the hesitation and awkwardness in Juyeon's eyes. "Can we talk?"

Chanhee didn't know what made him nod his head, but the next thing he knew was he is inside a café and is seated across Juyeon.

"We need to talk about what happened last year. We need to have closure."

Chanhee transferred his gaze to the window, afraid of having eye contact with Juyeon's eyes. "I don't really think we need to."

"Please, Chanhee. Just let me hear my explanation." Juyeon sighed, desperation laced in his voice.

"I don't need to hear any more lies, Juyeon. I'm already fine now, why did you even come back?"

"Because I want you back." Juyeon said quietly, and Chanhee's eyes returned back to him. "Excuse me?"

"I know I made a mistake, but I regret it so much. I was just carried away with my emotions. You were busy for so many months, Chanhee. I felt lonely. I missed hugging and kissing someone. I missed you, that's why I ended up kissing someone else."

Chanhee felt his blood boil. "Oh, so it's my fault now? Juyeon, you could have just told me! You could have told me that you were lonely, that I should give you my time but what did you do? Lock lips with someone else! And on top of that, that 'someone else' was a girl, Juyeon. imagine how betrayed and hurt I was that time."

Chanhee's voice gets higher and louder every sentence, and he can feel the stares of the people around them but he doesn't care. He has bottled up all these emotions for so long, and it's time to let it all out.

"I felt useless and worthless. You hurted me badly, and now when I'm trying to move on, you're gonna come back and tell me that you want me back? Fuck you."

Chanhee gathered his things and walked out the door, but Juyeon quickly grabbed him and pushed him against a corner's walls. Before Chanhee can even complain, Juyeon immediately placed his lips against Chanhee's.

Chanhee hates how he didn't pull away. He hates how he responded to the kiss. He hates how, in the end, he still hasn't move on from Juyeon. He hates how he knows deep inside his heart, he still loves him.

Juyeon pulled away a few minutes after, and that's when Chanhee let out all the tears gathering in his eyes. Juyeon quickly tried to remove the tears, but Chanhee just slapped his hands away.

"How can you even do this?" he asks him.

"Do what?"

"How can you just suddenly show up and say that you want me back?" Chanhee brought up his frail arms and hit Juyeon's chest, but the older didn't even budge.

"How can you still have the confidence to ask me that even though you hurt me big time?" He hit him again.

"How can you make me think I was never enough and then proceeded on acting like you're the victim?" Another hit.

"How can you make me feel lovesick even after not showing yourself to me for a year? How, Juyeon? How do you fucking do it?"

Chanhee put all of his strength on his final slap to Juyeon's chest and this time, the brunette was finally pushed back. He saw the pain in Juyeon's eyes for a second, but he doesn't care. No hits, slaps, or punches can equal the pain that Chanhee felt when Juyeon hurt him a year ago.

"I have to admit, I still love you, Juyeon, and I want you back too." He looked at Juyeon dead in the eye, making the most of what Chanhee knows will be the last time they share eye contact. "But I'm not stupid and dumb enough to return to you. I learnt my lesson already, and that is people like you don't deserve second chances."

"This is enough. I had enough. Goodbye Juyeon. I hope we don't see each other ever again."
