Back to Pride kingdom. F/n is standing at the tip of the promontory, staring off into the distance.

"Father... please reconsider!" Y/n asked.
"You will not go anywhere without an escort from now on." F/n retaliated.
"No! That's no—" Y/n tried to say.
"He used you to get to me!" F/n shouted at Y/n.
"No! He loves me... for me!"
"Because you are my daughter! You will not leave Pride Rock. You will stay where I can keep an eye on you... away from him."
"You don't know him!"
"I know he's following in Ras' footprints... and I must follow in my father's."
"You will never be G/F/n!"
F/n is stung, but silenced... Y/n breaks down and runs back to her den to lie down, sobbing.

She sees a stream of light shining through curtains, Determined, she pushes her way through the curtains , then climbs down away from Pride Palace, searching for Damian. She tracks the same path Damian took while fleeing Pride Kingdom, but cannot find him.
"Damian? Damian..."
She walks through the stream Damian walked through, looking down at her reflection. Curiously, only half of her body is clear. She continues looking through a cave, calling his name
"Damian..."Y/n asked again.

Y/n reflects on Damian and their time together, all they have seen and been through.

Y/n: In a perfect world
One we've never known
We would never need to face the world alone

They can have the world
We'll create our own
I may not be brave or strong or smart
But somewhere in my secret heart

Y/n looks up at the sky, seeing their rabbit and two lions in the sky, remembering

If you are there beside me

She moves to a log overhanging the stream. She sits down on it, depressed. When she opens her eyes and peers at her reflection, she sees that it is, again, only half clear.

Like dark turning into day
Somehow we'll come through
Now that I've found you
Love will find a way

Y/n is sitting on a high knoll, with her head bowed.
To Damian, who is approaching Y/n from behind her.

Damian: I was so afraid
Now I realize
Love is never wrong
And so it never dies

Y/n turns and notices Damian.

There's a perfect world
Shining in your eyes
Y/n and Damian: And if only they could feel it too
The happiness I feel with you

They come together and hug lovingly.

They'd know
Love will find a way
Anywhere we go
We're home
If we are there together

Like dark turning into day
Somehow we'll come through
Now that I've found you
Love will find a way

I know love will find a way

Two butterflies flutter around Damian and Y/n. Damian brightens up at the sight of them, and laughing, rushes off after them, with Y/n in pursuit. They wrestle briefly, then catch sight of themselves in a reflection.
"Hey, look... we are one. {he smiles at Y/n}"
"{she smiles back, then realizes what Damian just said and looks shocked} What?
"Let's get outta here. We'll run away together! And start a pride... all our own."
"{chuckles} Damian... we have to go back."
"You're kidding. But we're finally together!" Damian said not understanding why they have to go back.
"Our place is with our pride. If we run away, they'll be divided forever." Y/n stride to convince him.
Damian considers, but doesn't seem entirely convinced.
"Race you back!" Damian shouted in a playful tone.
They run off together, laughing.
