Star Trek one shots (old and new)

Kirk

I held my breath as I made my way to the bridge and to my station. Today was suppose to be a great day, but instead it had become the worse day of my life. First Chekov got injured and nearly died, second my boyfriend of a year broke up with me because I wasn't skinny enough, third my best friend since the academy was no long talking to me because of said ex boyfriend, and forth no one remembered that today was my birthday.

I plopped down in my seat and waited for orders.

"Alright we will be heading back to earth to get supplies." Kirk said calmly.

I put the coordinates in and we started off.

"So how is your day going ensign?" A voice asked.

I turned to see Sulu smiling at me.

"Perfect." I said with a frown.

He raised an eyebrow and I turned and looked ahead.

"Sure you are good?"

"Never been better." I said as I leaned back in my chair.

"She is probably mad cause she isn't with (b/f) (boy friend's name)." Kirk said calmly.

I gritted my teeth and looked down at my display.

"I'm actually surprised that he isn't here bugging the crap out of you. Maybe I should see if he is sick." Kirk said with a chuckle.

I slammed my hands on my station and turned to glare at him.

"I am not in the moon Kirk! I have had the worse day ever and you are not helping! Just so you know me and (b/f) are no longer together because I have a little fat on me! Second Chekov, my brother, nearly died! Third you stopped talking to me because I was dating a jerk! And then last but not least non of my family remembered that it was my birthday today! So fuck you! Commander Spock coordinates are in you can take my station." I growled out as I walked out of the bridge.

I stomped towards my room and put in my code before shutting and locking the door behind me. I plopped down on my bed and felt tears stream down my face. I curled up into a ball and let out a sob. It wasn't long before my door opened and I covered my face.

"You aren't suppose to use your security card for personal uses." I whispered.

"Well I'm not, this is an emergency." He said softly.

"Go away."

"Sorry, but can't." He said as he plopped down on the bed.

I pulled the cover closer and let out a whine as he pulled it off of me.

"I'm sorry for being a jerk." He said softly.

I rolled away from him and he let out a sigh.

"I was jealous of him." He said as he laid back on the bed.

I frowned as I turned to look at him.

"Why?" I asked softly.

"He had everything I ever wanted."

"You're joking right? What could he possibly have that you don't?"

"You."

I looked at him shocked and he let out a laugh.

"Reason I stopped talking to you was because I couldn't stand to see you happy with him."

I felt anger boil up inside of me as I set up and glared at him.

"Five years.... I have waited five years! For you to tell me you felt the same way! And you finally decide to do it now! Where were you a year ago when I decided to date a idiot! Why would you wait this long to finally tell me!" I growled out.

"Because I thought you deserved a reason to why I pushed you away."

"James Tiberius Kirk! I could murder you!" I yelled as I climbed over him and wrapped my hands around his neck.

"Can't breath!" He gasped out.

"Good you jerk! You bastard! You-"

I was cut off by him sitting up and pushing my hands away before grabbing the back of my head and pulling me into a deep and passionate kiss. I quickly wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back with just as much passion.

"Happy birthday." He whispered against my lips.

"I hate you." I said as I pulled him into another kiss.

Bonus

I laid beside Kirk on the bed and let out a groan as I heard my Intercom go off. Kirk reached over and answered it.

"Kirk here."

"This is Spock, Captain we have arrived at earth."

"Thank you." Kirk said as he moved away.

"Why are we even going to earth in the first place?" I asked with a frown.

"You will see." He said as he leaned down and pecked my lips.

We soon got off the ship and my eyes went wide as I saw my family with a sign up.

"Happy Birthday!" They screamed.

I covered my mouth and turned to look at Kirk.

"They hadn't messaged you because they wanted to surprise you... they sent me a message asking if I could let the ship take shore leave here.... and you know I'm a sucker for your mom's cake." He said with a smile.

"I love you." I said as I leaned up and kissed him.

"Finally!" A voice screamed.

I looked behind Kirk to see Chekov and Bones. I let out a laugh as I shook my head and hid my face in Kirk's chest.

"Only took me six and a half years to confess." Jim said with a laugh.

I rolled my eyes and smiled as I hugged him.
