Lost and Insecure

Jai's P.O.V:

I wasn't mad at her, I could never be, but why won't she let me love her, its not fair.

I dropped my face in my hands, I couldn't face up to this.

Lost and insecure

Lost and Insecure blared through the radio, Luke was quietly humming along.

I can't take this.

Somethin is wrong.

"Beau," my voice shook slightly.

"Yeah bro?"

"Turn the car around."

"Jai don't be a dick, you chose to turn away from her," he was pushing it.

"She didn't want me! Turn the fucking car around Beau," I yelled, my shoulders were shaking and tears were starting to form in my tears.

"Whats wrong with you Jai? You just don't understand do you?" Now Beau was yelling.

"Plase Beau," I started crying.

"Jai," his voice softned, Luke gripped my shoulder.

"Its ok Jai, we're going back for her," murmured Luke quietly.

"Ok Jai," Beau sighed and turned on his right indicator to do a u-turn.

The way back I was gripping the door handle, getting ready to jump out and hold her in my arms and nevr let go again.

"I'll neverleave you again Julia, I promise."

Before the car had eve stopped I had jumped out of the car and was sprinting to the door.

"Jai, wait!" Luke yelled.

But I was already at the door.

I pressed the silver handle down, but it was locked.

"Its locked," I frantically repeatedly pressed down the handle, so maybe it would click open suddenly.

"No!"

"Climb through her window," Luke offered, scratching his head.

"But its on the..." I started to say.

"Wait."

We walked to the side of the house.

"I'll give you a boost," Beau bent down and grabbed my legs.

Groaning, he managed to lift me off the ground with Luke helping.

I wobbled and grabbed at the window, tearing through the thin screen prtection.

I heaved myself through the window, hitting my head on the top of the white frame.

I groaned and went tumbling head first through the window.

"You alive Jai," Luke joked.

But I didn't say anything, I had spotted her huddled in the corner, like before when I had first found her.

She looked up from the floor, tears dribbling down her cheeks, her thin arms hugging her weak body to her.

"Jai," she whimpered quitly, her face brightening up a little

"I'm sorry."

I held out my arms, she struggled to get up, but when she did, she ran right into them with no hesitation.

"I love you," she scried.

I leaned my head against her soft hair and let a few tears slip down my cheeks.

"Its ok," I whispered.

"I am never, letting you go again."

"Never?"

"Never," I said fiercly.

"Your not staying here. You'll be mine forever."
