I pull Alec away and turn to Stephanie. She looks
angry but also broken. At this moment I'm sitting on Alec's lap, he stood up.
"Leave Brooke's party Stephanie!" She walks towards me.
"Do you think that a petty little girl like yourself is going to steal my man? I don't think so." Stephanie grabbed a girls drink and dumped it over my head. I pushed her hard, hard enough she fell to the ground. Her short slutty dress rose up her leg.
"Look girl, you wanna play naughty then let's play." I grabbed Alec and kissed him on the cheek. I saw the anger in her face. I snatched a pizza from a boys plate and through it on Stephanie's face.
"Do not mess with me Portch." One of her friends helped her off the stage. Amelia ran up the stairs and handed me a towel.
"Right! Let me finish her off!" I pulled her back and whispered.
"There's no need, she won't be messing with me ever again."
Alecs pov:
I've never seen Brooke look so fuming in all the time I've known her! Her body was covered in lemonade and her face drowned in runny mascara. I couldn't help put feel sorry for her. I saw a tear run down her face, she didn't show she was upset but I could tell. Amelia took her hand and led her to the bathroom to help Brooke clean up.
Brooke's pov:
I rush in the bathroom with Amelia by my side. I look in the mirror and burst into tears.
"Hey, hey!" Amelia wipes off my tears and hugs me.
"This was meant to be our night! The one night we can get a reputation. The one night where I prove we are not loners that we are actually beautiful, kind, intelligent girls. Look at me, I'm a mess." I took a tissue from a toilet roll and whipped it under my eyes. I brushed myself down with a towel and fixed my eyelashes with glue Gem passed me.
I managed to make myself look pleasant but not as nice as I used to look before the party started. Suddenly, I heard my name being called from a mic in the club. I rush out to see what was going on .I saw Alec still standing on stage, shouting my name out.
"What's going on?" I mumbled to Amelia.
"I think everyone is cheering you on?" I ran up the stairs holding onto gem.Alec's pov:
I saw Brooke run up the stairs. To be honest I thought she looked amazing. I held her body and pulled it closer to mine.
"Brooke Clark, ever since you joined this college you thought that no one knew you. That you were a boring loner who had a shit reputation. Well guess what, the 100 people staring at you right now think your awesome." I said. I saw a massive smirk on her face as she looked around the room. Hundreds of kids started shouting out wonderful names to make Brooke feel better. Her smirk turned into a huge smile. And before I knew it she was laughing. This made me happy.
Brooke's pov:
I look around and see everyone calling out compliments. I couldn't help but smile. I looked over at Alec and wrapped my arms around him.
"Thank you." I said hugging him. He pulled me away and shouted.
"Common! Let's dance!"The night had finally came to an end and I was exhausted. Alec had to go home to help his mum out. It's dark, real dark. I get my phone out shaking. I immediately call Amelia. I here a distant vibrate and walk towards the noise. I see a small figure which looked like gem. Which it wasn't.
It was Stephanie. I crouch down behind a car.
"Look V, I don't know what to do! She won't do what I say! Yeah I know, I'm sorry. I just don't know how i will get her to do it. Yes I know we need Alec to be on our side but I don't think he will. Ughhh. I'll speak to you to about it tomorrow. Ok yeah bye." Stephanie stormed off mumbling something under her breath. It sounded like stupid Roses! Who were the Roses and who was Stephanie working for?
