Essence p.o.v

I ran over to his bed side so quick hugging and crying.

"Daddy I miss you soo much I thought I loss you today"I said crying.

"Listen baby guhh daddy ain't going nowhere anytime soon and if I was to die I'm lot leaving with out telling my baby girl goodbye first."he said

All I could do was nod my head I couldn't form any words at this point or time.

"Now what yall still doing here. I ain't dead so y'all can swerve. Its funny how yo own blood would let you die for a quick buck! My Lil street niggas more loyal to me then my own flesh and blood that's a fucking shame but its cool y'all gone get yalls but y'all can bounce" he said in a kinda hurt tone.

My dad turned his head and seen Shakey in his room and had a smile formed across his face.

"Wussup my boi"he said

"Wussup boss how you feeling" Shakey asked

"I'm good son" he said... Shakey just nodded his head.. And I'm still over here crying like a little punk there not said tears they are joyful, and relief tears.

"Essy stop crying baby girl I'm here I'm alive I'm OK daddy's OK baby" I chuckled and nodded at the nickname him and my mommy gave me when I was younger.

"I know daddy its just that I missed you so so much"I said .

"I know girl I heard you cryes I heard you and ya uncle in here calling each other ugly. You can't be calling my brother ugly he's my twin that's like you calling me ugly and you know yo daddy fine as hell "he said causing me to laugh.

"Mhmm are you sure about that?"I asked

"I am positive you know I'm sexy hunk of caramel" he said acting like a damn drag queen batting his lashes and shit..

I fell out the chair laughing so damn hard at his crazy ass.

*Shakey p.o.v*

I'm glad to see my baby happy.

Today started off horrible and it looks like its gonna end on a great note.

"Shakey what you doing here mi boy" big j asked.

"Just came to support and comfort my girlfriend though this hard time"I said looking at Essence smirking.

He gave me a confused look and raised his eyebrow.

"I know damn well you ain't dating my daughter nigga"he said

"But we are"Essence said butting into the convo.

"Oh my gawd I'm getting old my baby is dating" he said grabbing his chest being over dramatic and shit..

"Boss you fourty-five you been passed that" I said he gave me a evil mug.

I turned around and essence is in the chair staring off to space.

I wonder whay she is thanking bout right now. I walked over to her and set next to her

"Baby watchuu thinking bout" I asked her

"About how close I was to losing the only parent I had left. If I would have lost him I would a give up on everything including life that man is my life" Essence said.

I just grabbed her and hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead

"Listen here babygirl you coulda lost him but you didn't he still here and strong as ever."I told her.
