ARC 2: Reverse Plans

~Jenna's POV~

Me and Zaneri needed to come up with a plan. Meliodas will not have his first kiss with ELIZABETH. It WILL be Zaneri. If I have to put a spell on him, I won't hesitate.

"Jenna, put him on a spell, which makes him in love with ME and only ME. Then, I'll ask him on a date, to spice things up a little."

I cast the curse on him, and we high-five each other, and head to maths class.

~Meliodas's POV~

I let out a chuckle. Someone just tried to cast a spell on me. I can sense when and who did it, and also why. Jenna, trying to make me fall in love with Zaneri? So, I try to mess with everyone a little bit.

When Zaneri and Jenna walk past, I say brightly "Guys I've just realised how much I LOVE Zaneri.." loud enough so they can hear. They giggle silently, but remember my hearing is extraordinary, so I can hear just about anything.

"Captain what the FUCK did you just say...?" Ban asks, glaring at me deadly.

"Nothing." I smirk.

I just remembered how Elizabeth is gonna feel about this. Before I could talk to her, she turns away from me. When class starts, she sits next to Diane, probably from jealousy.

My oh my am I an asshole...

"You regret that now you fucker. What was that all about??" Ban asks again.

"I don't, Jenna tried to set a curse on me so I'm messing with them, but boy oh boy did I just fucking mess up..."

"Yes, yes you did."

~Elizabeth's POV~

Why am I so jealous? As said before, it's not like he's my boyfriend. I mean, I won't deny it anymore, I have feelings for him.

"Elizabeth, you don't sit by me anymore, what happened??" she asked. Oh yeah, she wasn't there, she was with King and Elaine somewhere.

I whisper to her what happened, and Diane looks like she's about to kill him. I calm her down a bit though.

"There's no way he can be in love with Zaneri. Just no way???" she whispers back.

"Well, it seems so. I don't mind, since I knew he couldn't love someone like me anyways. I'll never find someone.."

"Let's ship you up with other people, to make you feel better!"

"No way, Diane." I say.

"Why??"

"Even if he loves someone else, I know I'll always have feelings for him." I say, smiling out of space.

"Cuteeee." Diane smirks. I blush, and tell her to shut up!!!!!

Someone taps our shoulder. Howzer.

"Although I wish it'd be to talk to Diane, there's a note. Elizabeth needs to read it."

I raise one eyebrow, as Diane passes me the note.

It says:

My oh my, Elizabeth..you sure do know how to make me love you more..
Although I messed up, my heart belongs to nobody but you..
Your baby-blue eyes reminding me of the sky and goddesses, they make my heart pound..
And when you stare into mine, it makes me want to kiss you~
When your silver hair flows around, my oh my, everything about you is beautiful!
I know there isn't a girl who can be as beautiful as you.
No girl can replace you, not Liz. Not Zaneri. Because you are my number 1!

Lastly, wanna meet up at the park later? You and me?

I go wayyy more red than a tomato. I don't even think this shade existed.
Without hesitation, Diane snatches the note off me and reads for herself.

"AWWWWW." she squeals.

"Miss Liones! Do not pass notes in class, please hand it to me until the end of the day!" Mr Hendrickson exclaimed. I gave him the note hesitantly, then looked at Meliodas, as he looked at me. I nodded, and he gave me his signature look.

All lesson, we'd sneak glances at each other, nobody noticing apart from Diane and Ban.

~TIMESKIP [To end of class]~

Diane wanted to talk with Elizabeth, so I couldn't talk to her. Zaneri walks up to me.

"Sooo..Meliodas-sama....date tonight?" she asks.

"Of course." I say. I still had to go along with my plan.

Elizabeth and Diane walk back up to us, to see me chatting with Zaneri.

"Uhmm..captain...what are you doing with Zaneri???" Diane asks.

"Well isn't it obvious! Me and him are gonna go on a date." Zaneri says, which makes me ashamed of myself. I should have put Elizabeth before the plan..

Elizabeth runs off, and I can see the tears dropping down. Diane is about to chase after her, but stops.

"Captain, just remember you lost someone special. I can't believe you." Diane mumbles, then runs after Elizabeth.

I've never had a tear escape my eye before. Ban notices me about to cry, I've fucked up bad.

"You may be an idiot sometimes, but you're still my best bud. Come with me, let's talk." Ban says, dragging me away from Zaneri.

"What's up, bud?"

"Ban, I've fucked up bad. I don't love Zaneri, but that plan I told you. Zaneri told both Elizabeth and Diane I was gonna go on a date with her.."

"We need to tell them it's all a plan, now. If not, Diane will end up getting her with another guy, and I have an idea as to who.."

Shit, that scared me.
