"Roman?" Remus pushed the bedroom door opened and honestly... his blood went cold.

"Virgil?" Remus tensed looking behind him to find his parents standing there and he frowned. They looked worried. Obviously they were, they clearly heard Roman just as he did. "What's going on?"

"It's ok. I'll handle it." His father took a step forward smelling the air a little before his eyes widened. Remus quickly put his hand to his Father's chest stopping him from going in. "No offense... but you are not who Roman should see right now."

"That's my son."

"He won't listen to you." Remus frowned as his father's eyes burned with anger. "It only makes things worse."

"I'm not about to let my son..."

"Dear, please..." Adam froze up as Belle took his arm in hers. Belle smiled over at Remus who tensed seeing that knowing look in her eyes. "Let him do it. I'm sure he knows how to handle this."

"You said the same thing when Roman lost and Remus stepped in to help. But that's different. Remus is his twin and Roman wasn't a..."

"Do not say it." Remus growled as he moved closer to the door. "If you bring attention to it. He'll never calm down." The king's eyes narrowed as Remus frowned. "Trust me... I got this." Remus slipped in locking the door behind him as he let out a shaky breath.

"Go away." Remus froze hearing Roman's shaky yet animalistic voice and frowned. His hand went to the talisman just to make sure it was still there before venturing further into the room that was currently in shambles. The mirror that had been fixed was now shattered and thrown to the other side of the room. Things with upsidedown, thrown, broken, torn... you name it. Remus groaned as this pit formed in his stomach. He pushed to say it was due to annoyance and frustration over it being so hard to keep Roman on task but... he knew better. It doesn't change his plans though. It just means he has to change his tactics.

"I can't do that Roman."

"GO AWAY!" Something went flying, causing Remus to jump away in time to avoid whatever it was that was now shattered against the wall. "Please..." Remus shook his head ignoring how Roman's voice broke.

"I won't. You need me right now."

"I need you to go... Virgil, please." Remus narrowed his eyes as his hand went to the talisman again. "I'm not safe right now... I'm not... I don't want to..."

"Roman relax." Remus walked further into the room stopping only when he heard the growl the literally shook the room. "You won't scare me away, Roman."

"That's exactly what I'm trying NOT to do." Remus narrowed his seeing something shift in the shadowed and he frowned. "I don't want to scare you. I don't want to hurt you. I don't want to be..."

"You are NOT you're Father, Roman." Remus swallowed his own anger that rose up in him as he walked even closer knowing that thing that moved was his brother. "You are not the same as who he was. He was cruel and selfish and..."

"I CAN HEAR YOU!" Remus sighed hearing his father roar through the door.

"AND YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE!" Remus cried back as he crossed his arms. "Roman get up."

"No." Remus growled as he tried really hard to suppress his power to keep it from flaring.

"Roman, please get up. Trust me..."

"NO!" Remus braced himself against the aura that slammed into him as he frowned. "I don't want to. Just leave me be."

"So that's it then?" Remus narrowed his eyes as he tried a different tactic. If Roman would listen to him... guilt-trip him by using his disguise to it's fullest. He clenched his fists as he slipped into his part. "You're just gonna give up?"
