A woman of eighteen years of age is walking home from her part time job at a local store in a small city. She's walked this route hundreds of times before, but today she decided to take a detour to have some time to herself.

It was well past ten O'clock at night and there's a full moon out. She has walked almost ten miles, lost in her thoughts of what her grandfather used to tell her before he pasted, "Always do what you think is right is right." She never knew why he told her this, but she took it to heart. That's why she's an honor student with all A's and has a full scholarship ready for her when she finishes high school. She is the most well known person around, she also is not a women anyone would want to miss with. She takes up for her self and for the people who can't.

After a couple more miles she came across a sign. She walked up to it and removed the vines that covered it up. Even though it was dark, the light from the moon lit it up some so she could read it, "Unknown Memorial Next Right." This caught her attention because her grandfather used take her to a memorial once a month before he passed. She never really knew why or how they would get there, let alone where it was, they would always seem to just appear. He would sit there just starring at the statue while she played in a field enjoying herself. Sometimes he would cry and sometimes he would sit there with a blank face.

He would also tell her of a man that saved the world, but in the process of doing so, the fight leveled a city and the man lost the love if his life because she sacrificed her life for a little girl's. He would tell her that the identity of the man stayed a secret, not just for his own protection, but also for a little girl's. He would always go on on how beautiful the girl was and how he cared for her like his own... like there own.

She saw the turn she was supposed to take and started walking towards it. After a few minutes of walking she finally came to a statue just outside of an almost completely destroyed city.

She set her bag down and walked up to the statue. It was twice the hight of her and was covered in plants and vines from overgrowth. She started cleaning it off, soon she recognized the statue, it was the one she and her stepfather came to. Then she looked down and saw that there was a plaque on the front of the base. She knelt down and read it...

"A fight that was won, but won with a loss, The loss of a woman
that sacraficed her life to save the life of a little girl she didn't know.
They will both be remembered by the name they shared, Elizabeth"

The woman dropped in tears knowing now why her grandfather came here. It was so he could remember woman and memory of how she herself came to be the women she is.

It was in this moment that she realized that she.... was the little girl's daughter... and her grandfather... was the one... who saved the world.

She wiped away the tears, though she was still crying. She turned her head looking at the field she played in as a child. After a few seconds she noticed a man standing in the feild, this man she didn't recognize at first. He was tall and built, had a full head of hair that was spiked and glowing orange. This man was also giving off an orange glow. She wasn't afriad of this man, if anything she felt like she knew him. Then as she got up to walk towards him, which she knew wasn't a smart idea, he vanshed.

She stood there wondering if this man was really there, and if so, who he was. She looked back at the statue with her tears drying on her face. She looked at the face of the woman, closing her eyes trying to remember anything about her. But nothing came to her. She opens her eyes. She looks at the statue once more, then she begins to walk home.

A few steps in she remembers she has forgotten her bag. She turns around to get it when she is startled by a man. The same man that was in the field. He motions to her to look down. She does and sees her bag. She causally grabs it and says thanks, she looks back at the mans face, he smiles lightly and then he was gone. She starts walking home with a fresh set of tears running down her face, now knowing that the her grandfather was the man in the story and that the story was true and most importantly that her grandfather is ok.
