Huaze Lei is fresh out of university and was ready to accept his single life when his childhood friend returns home and he is sent into a frenzy of mixed feelings.

Things worsen when an old flame arrives and Lei becomes immensely confused about who he really loves. Lei's quiet demeanour is slowly broken down when he realises who his true love is.
He will do anything to keep her safe and protect her - Feng Meiza, his angel.

Hey! This is the author and I just wanted to say that you are in for a whirlwind.

This book is gonna have lots of drama, fluff (because I can't write smut for shit but I try) and I have incorporated some themes which readers may find disturbing so I have put triggers beforehand as well.

I loved watching Meteor Garden 2018 and it's what inspired me to write this and bring in a new character of my own: Feng Meiza.

She's just a teenage girl trying to find her identity and I guess I've made her a bit un-relatable to modern teenagers but I think she's a fabulous character.

JAN 2021 UPDATE:
Please be aware this book began a while ago and thankfully a kind soul pointed it out to me that Meiza is a minor still. I will be changing that so it fits legal terms and to not make anyone else feel uncomfortable!

Just wanting to make it clear again that Meiza is eighteen years old and is of legal age.
I wrote this when I was sixteen and I didn't understand why it was wrong at the time but now I very much do and just want to make it clear.
