—Recap—
Aris was now somewhat acquainted towards his new ally, at least, it's safe to say Ilani is an ally. He got to learn more about himself from what Ilani could share about his own 'energy'. All of this, occurring at the very same time Ori had an encounter with Esti and Vili.~Currently elsewhere within Nibel~
Back within the very center of Nibel, Ori had swiftly and effortlessly ascended the spirit tree. Unbeknownst of literally leaving Esti in the 'dust'.
Esti, although slow, was casually making her way up. Trying her absolute best to not both look down or fall down. Though seeming like the brave type, she's absolutely terrified of heights. She'd cling onto Ori like a plushie if she could at this very moment. Using his warmth to sooth all the fear away.... her mind drifting just now almost costing her climb.
"Focus Esti! You can save the hugs for later!" She blatantly shouts to herself.
At the very top, Ori had only a few more leaps and bounds before reaching the core. From which Sein resides in. The spirit tree, adapting from the Blind Calamity, had concealed the core completely by leaves and branches. So nothing from above could easily strike again... like Kuro did. The only entrance and exit was the pathway Ori came from.
Standing before the core, it brought back memories of Mount Horu. Its own core being hell itself. The spirit tree's core however, was the calmest of all. Its blue hue and calming aura would put any creature in the forest to ease. If they're left exposed within its aura for long enough.
"Sein?... are you, awake?" Ori spoke out.
At first, no response was given."Sein?" Ori calls again.
Still no response.Ever since Sein was returned to her rightful place, she hasn't been the most social to anyone. She rarely speaks to Ori as well. Since monitoring the light that flows in and out of the spirit tree is her one and only job. A very important one at that.
"Sein I-... I am worried."
The core fluctuated momentarily in response to his words. Like a fire being lit.
It was clear that Sein was not expecting that very sentence to come from Ori himself. The emotion that was spoken with it. Concern."I'll be with you in a moment, Ori." She finally responds.
The core fluctuates once more before a silhouette slowly appears through the flowing energy. Which eventually reveals a humanoid figure with long ears on each side. The figure continuously got closer and closer before a hand breached from the core. Followed by another hand, legs and eventually a head. It was a spirit, whom now completely separated themself from the core.
"Sein is that... you?" Only bewilderment was on Ori's mind.
"Yes, it's me. Do you like my new look?" She asked whilst she stood up.
"Do I like your look...?" Ori mumbles to himself as he fully captures the new Sein. Her appearance was leagues above any other spirit he's ever seen. Sein also rivals Esti. This ultimately results in Ori blushing heavily.
"Did I, get it wrong?" Seing asks confused.
Ori, at the time, wasn't currently seeking a relationship with another one of his kin. To also mention Esti who'd go any length to win him over.
