—Recap—
After encountering a giant viper who's motive was too kill innocent spirits, our group was forced to intervene. After its defeat, Ori and his friends have finally reached the mountain's peak. Entering the temple that has remained still for many years, the search for the elemental core was coming to a close.

"I don't know which I hate more. The freezing cold temperatures or this never ending dark hallway." Aciros shivered.

"Aciros, do you ever not stop complaining about the most trivial things? The cold I understand, but the dark... your a spirit for crying out loud! We literally glow with light!" Aris exclaimed.

"I know I know! But every spirit has different fears and phobias!" Aciros responded beginning an argument between them.

As our group walked further, further and further down the corridor, until Ori eventually reached the light burst as he picked it up from the ground. He stopped on the spot looking down into its light, as Aciros & Aris caught up to him.

"Hey Ori, you alright?" Aris questioned.

"I'm fine, -sigh- tired that's all." Ori was tired, but also regretting that he broke his promise with Ku. Ori promised he would come back home as soon as he could, but it's been days since then. His ears began to frown but just ever so slightly so the other two wouldn't notice.

"So you guys feeling alright, nothing on your minds?" Ori asked.

"Well I was telling pipsqueak here to not be scared of the dark." Aciros smirked.

"Well if I remember correctly, that scared someone was you!" Aris scoffed.

"Guys, please. Nows not the time, let's just focus on finding the core so we can save Nibel."
With their concentration returned to the main objective, Ori dispersed the light burst leaving only the glow of themselves to light the surrounding walls.

The patterns carved into them showed more of the prophecy, besides some parts being covered in webs. As time passed the corridor didn't seem to have an end, until finally they walked into a large open room filled with statues.

Statues of the great spirits of Nibel, and to Ori's surprise one looked exactly like Mira. The others however he didn't recognize, but they seemed just as important.
"Who are these spirits? I've never seen any of them in person." Aciros questioned.

Aris was clueless on how to answer this, only Vaeth knew the answer but remained silent. Out of everything in this hall, Ori's concentration was directed only to Mira's statue.
"Ori you keep looking at this one. Do you know her?" Aris questioned.

"In my past life I did, she was my closest friend. She was here in Nibel when the spirit tree began to grow into what it is today."

"I do remember you did say you were killed long ago, until your revival before the decay. And earlier I was abruptly told I was half of you." Aris added.
Ori nodded in response, as he read Mira's alter. 'The deity of light. Mira.' Which was true as much as Ori could confirm.

"Hey guys! I think you should see this." Aciros suddenly called out. They walked over to him from across the room.

"What is it?" Ori questioned.

"Look." Aciros pointed to doors spanning across the wall, each completely different to the ones beside it.

"Doors... how intriguing..." Aris spoke in a bored sarcastic manner. Before Aris turned away to find something else that would be... more interesting. Aciros slowly gripped a door handle and pulled one open.
