Moments With Their Guardians

These are only short moments between Optimus, Ratchet and their charges (or possible lovers *cough*)

Lauren hummed while she sat on the couch reading a book. She truly loved reading, it was her favourite thing to do.

"Hey Lauren!" Lauren turned to see Miko.

"Yes Miko?"

"Jack, Raf and I are gonna head out to K.O burgers and get something to eat and Kaia is gonna stay with Ratchet, so you wanna come with?" Miko asked.

"It's alright Miko, I'm fine." Lauren replied with a small smile.

"You sure?"

"Mhm."

"Okay your lost, cya!" Miko said before running off.

Lauren waved goodbye and continued her reading. It's was silent for a few minutes until she heavy footsteps coming towards her. She looked up and smiled, seeing it was Optimus.

"Hello Optimus." She greeted.

"Lauren." He greeted back. He then noticed that she had been reading and walked a little closer to her. "May I ask what are you reading?"

"Oh this? It's just a book I found about two people who are in love."

"That does sound interesting." He hummed. Then he remembered what he came for. "I came here to see if you would like to go outside for fresh air with me." He asked.

"Sure." Optimus placed his servo low enough for her to get on. After she did, Optimus went outside and stopped by the edge of the cliff.

They both stood there, enjoying each other's company. Both happy with the peace they have for that moment.

"KAIA I NEEDED THAT!"

"I DIDN'T MEAN IT, STOP OVERREACTING GEEZ!"

"IM NOT OVERREACTING!"

"ARE TOO!"

"ARE NOT!"

Ratchet and Kaia continued to bicker back and forth like children. You see, Kaia broke Ratchet's (Choose anything to put here) when she attempted to do martial arts and ended up kicking it. Since it was light enough, it fell off the table she was on.

Kaia yelped and rubbed her head where he hit it with an human sized wrench, of course not too hard to cause a lot of damage. Then Ratchet turned around and picked up the broken (Anything) and went to try and fix it, ignoring Kaia.

Kaia felt bad for breaking it, she looked up at him and sighed.

"I'm sorry Ratchet." No response, his back was facing her direction. Kaia frowned and went to try again. "Ratchet, I'm sorry, I was just being stupid and clumsy like I'm always am, I didn't mean to break it. I hope you forgive this idiot."

Kaia looked down, not wanting to face him at all. She gasped when she was lifted off the ground and her feet stood on servos.

"Kaia." She slowly looked up and met Ratchet's gaze.

"I forgive you, just be careful. You could have gotten hurt and could have fallen off when you were aimlessly kicking." Ratchet began. He sighed and placed her on his shoulder. "And your not an idiot... well you are a little, but your not that bad." He admitted, his face a little blue.

Kaia smiled, happy she was forgiven. She sat down on his shoulder and made herself comfortable. "Aww so you do care about me." She cooed.

"You've lost privileges to sit on my shoulder."

"nOOO-"

I don't know if this was good but meh.
