Unable to find JB after ten minutes, Abna and I decide to split up and look around on the 3rd floor. I head off towards the area where I believe the masquerade masks are stocked. Close to the area I stand on my tiptoes to look around but I see nothing. Instead I hear a giggle. A cute, tiny giggle emanating from a circular rack of jackets.

"Um?" I walk slowly to the rack. Another small giggle. "Um?"

I pull open the jackets and Su Joon jumps up from his crouched down position. "Niki-oh!"

"SuJoon!" I yell out and I jump into the center and hug him. Ah, this boy can make you do crazy things.

"What are you doing?" I ask him kneeling down.

SuJoon pulls his tiny index finger to his mouth. "Shhh! I'm hiding from Jimin!"

I smile. "Does he know though?"

He nods. "Hyung says he needs a mask...a Halloween mask! So as long as I stay on this floor, I can play!"

"Ohhhh," I say.

Suddenly a voice starts coming this way...

"I'm still hiding!" SuJoon whispers loudly.

"Right!" I tell him and I pull the opening of jackets closed so that both of us are hidden.

"SuJoon?" I hear. It's Jimin. "SuJoon?"

SuJoon tries not to giggle by clapping his hands around his mouth. I can't help but smile at him.

"Lim."

My ears perk up.

"Park," JB answers.

The two sound like they are right in front of us. SuJoon begins squirming so I hold him in my lap. He quiets down.

"Shopping for a mask?" Jimin asks.

"Yes. You?"

"Same."

A pause.

"I hear you're taking Nikito to the dance," says Jimin.

"Oh," says JB. "Yes." He sounds proud.

"Make sure she doesn't step on your feet too much when you guys dance," says Jimin.

Hey!

"So, you're finally making a move, huh?" Jimin says. "After being friends with her all this time, you finally make a move."

Move? Who's moving?

"Yeah, I like her. What your point?" says JB.

My mind freezes. What? JB likes...me? I thought he was always just joking...the date...the dance...I thought all of it was just as friends.

Su Joon's head begins falling. I look down. He's falling asleep.

"So, is that the mask you're getting?" Jimin's voice comes in again.

I'm guessing JB is holding his mask up because I hear him tapping the surface of it. "Yeah. See you around..."

Jb walks away and so does Jimin.

Several moments later I finally creep out from the circular rack with a sleeping SuJoon.

After waking him up, he runs off to Jimin who's at the register buying his masquerade mask. Meanwhile, I join up with Abna and JB and we begin to head out.

What I didn't know was that Jimin bought the exact same mask as JB's.
