Elvin stopped as he saw his father on the ground holding his throat. "Father!"

"You lose," Karter laughed. "I always play dirty; it's the only way to win against you and anyone else."

"Don't come," his father gasped for air. "Vemon, with silver."

"Damn it," Elvin growled. "You're going to die, Karter."

"If you can get close to me," he laughed.

"Bethy can't help you anymore," Lucy spoke.

"I don't care," he said. "I already got what I wanted, Bethy was only a puppet; I was going to dispose of her later, but you did it for me, thank you."

Elvin felt his anger slowly consume him; ever so little, his body began to morphe.

"Elvin, don't," Lucy said. "Try to calm down; this is what Karter wants; he wants you to lose control."

"I can't just stand here," he groaned.

"Kristy!" Kat yelled.

Elvin watched as Kristy attacked Karter.

"You little bitch!" Karter grabbed and turned her around, gripping her neck. "It seems you and Elvin do go well together. And I'll make sure you two get buried in the same grave!" He dragged the dragger across her neck.

"No!" Elvin shifted and lost control of himself, but he could still see and hear. He didn't listen to anyone.

All he wanted was to kill Karter to put a stop to all of this mess.

He doesn't remember much but, all he could see was Karter running, and he chased after him. From there, his memories where hazy.

He woke up a few times, he saw blood and then shadows and a lot of cheering and people arguing.

At some point, he would hear screams, as if someone was getting rip into shreds. He eventually woke up to a dark room.

Sitting up, Elvin rubs his head and winced. He was in so much pain, every inch of his body hurt. He blinked a few times and looked around; he was in a cell. "Hello?" He stood only to feel a sharp pain on his left ankle. He looked down at the silver shackle restraining him. "What?"

"You finally woke up, huh?"

Elvin looked to his left. "Anton?"

"Hey," Anton sat in the shadow.

"What happened?" Elvin asked.

"You lost control," he said. "And almost killed us."

"Wait," Elvin sat down. "What exactly happened? Karter? Kristy and everyone else."

"Well," light poured into Anton's cell, and Elvin saw his face. "Hmm, oh I guess you can see me now, don't worry, you didn't do it, it was someone else."

"Karter?" Elvin growled.

"No," Anton left eye was gone, and a jaggedy scar ran down to his neck. "It turns out, Karter wasn't the leader, he was only a pawn."

"Than who?" Elvin asked.

"Zoey's partner," Anton said. "The father of her children, he was behind all of this; he despises lycans, werewolves, and vampire, saying they are not worthy of being here. And now he's even more pissed off since his children bonded with a stranger."

"Great," Elvin sighed. "Wait, did we lose?"

"In a way, yes," Anton said. "But only because I gave up, I had too, to save Kristy, but don't worry; the others are safe; they made it safely to the vampire clan. It's just you, me, my brothers, Kristy and Grace. Lucy and Kat left and took Bethy home."
