Kameron POV

Ever since that night with Ariel she has been MIA. Every time she sees me, she looks away like I am nothing. I am at that point where I am beyond pissed off; I know what I have done to her in the past has been messed up but she ain’t got to act like a nigga don’t exist.

Right now we are in history class and the only thing I can focus on is her. She was right in front of me so I could smell her scent real good. She was wearing some red skinny jeans with a grey sweatshirt that said love on the front. Even when she dressed down, she was beautiful. Just looking at the back of her head was making me frustrated.

After class was over I found her at her locker getting her books. “So you can’t speak to a nigga anymore,” I asked walking up to her. “What do you want Kameron,” she asked not even looking at me. “I wanna know why you been ignoring me.”

“Look Kameron I don’t have time for this, I gotta get to class,” she said trying to walk away. “Is it because of that nigga,” I asked grabbing her arm. “Does it matter,” she asked looking at me like I was nobody. “Yea it does.”

“And why is that?”

“Because I miss you; believe it or not, but I do. It’s like you don’t understand when I tell you I need you in my life.”

“And you don’t understand when I tell you I no longer want you in my life. You do nothing but cause me trouble and pain. You don’t think about no one but yourself, so why should I care how you feel.” Damn I didn’t know that’s how she felt. Sure I knew I wasn’t the best person in the world, but when it came to her I at least tried to be.  I could be an ass to one person, but when it came to her I would be a completely different person. “That’s how you feel?”

“Yea,” was all she said before walking away from me. I just stood there trying to contemplate my next move. If she wanted to be like that over some nigga then I guess I would have to get rid of the nigga in the way.

Few hours later….

I arrived to the trap for the meeting I called seeing everybody was already here. I walked in to see them all at the table talking to each other. “Ay, let’s get started, I said taking my seat at the table. “Aight boss so wat this meeting about,” one of them asked. “It’s about the status of this take over on the DOM gang.”

“So far everything is good boss; everything seems to be on track.”

“I don’t want wat something seems like, I want if it is or not.”

“Ok then, everything is going according to plan,” Dee said walking in late. “And where have you been?”

“I went with Louis on his shift; wanted to get to know our inside man personally,” he said sitting down next to me. Louis followed suit and sat down in the last empty seat. “So what did you find out,” I asked looking Louis. He was new to the team and came highly recommended. If it was up to me I wouldn’t trust him with such a big job, but since he had such good things about him, I figured I might as well. “Well, for starters they are definitely up to something. They have been moving things in and out all day as if they are planning something. I think we should move in soon before they get a chance.” I thought about what he said and then came up with a decision. “Fine we move in one week from now. No screw ups and no fuck ups are allowed; I want to show this nigga who the fuck he dealing with.” With that I got up and left, I needed some time to myself to think.

I went outside and sat down in a chair to think about bigger problems I had going on. “Hey, wat’s up,” Dee said coming to sit by me. “Nun man.”

“Naw nigga fess up; I know that face anywhere.”

“And wat face is that,” I asked looking up him with one eye brow lifted. “The face you get when you in deep thought about something or somebody,” he said as if he was trying to hint at something. “Dude if you got something you want to say then say it.”
