Mine

   I was finishing up my assignments when someone knocked on my door.
"Hanami, you in there?"
"Oh crap!" I whispered to myself, only wearing a sports bra and my underwear.
I stuck my hand under my bed and pulled out a basket, "Come on, come on.."
"HanamI?"
"Coming!" I pulled out a large T-shirt.

"Seriously, a Rugby jersey?"

   I pulled it on and ran to answer the door, "Oh, hey Miles.." Miles looked at me from head to toe, then looked away smiling.
"A fan of Rugby?"
"Nah."
"So, you free tonight?"

"No you aren't, you have assignments to complete!"

"Uh, yeah I am."

"Are you serious!?"

"I wanna show you something."
"Yeah, Give me a minute. I need to change." I closed the door.

"You really need to focus, Hanami. This boy is a distraction!"

"I need a break, okay? I have you on one shoulder, Desirée on the next, my mom choking me like a noose and then Visions.."

"Okay, you'd regret putting your heart in this boy.."

    Vice's voice faded, vanishing deeper into my mind. I can't pass out, not now. I pulled on a high waisted damaged denim pants, a crop top with some cartoon character on it and then a pair of converse sneakers.
   I opened the door, "Sorry if I took long." I locked it and shoved the key in my back pocket of my jeans.
"It's ight. C'mon then, let's go."

  We walked the streets of Brooklyn, he stopped at a billboard. "Wow."
"What?" I asked him smiling senslessly, noticing that he looked at me then at the billboard then back at me again.

"How you look so precious when you smile😍."

"Déjà, the model, she looks just like you.."
"Oh, I get that a lot.."
We continued walking then he pulled me into an alleyway.

"Hit it from the back and drive you wild 😏."

Putting his hands over my eyes, "I have a surprise, I hope you like it." He whispered into my ear, making me giggle.

"Girl I lose myself up in those eyes.."

"Not a fan of surprises but, okay."
He slowly removed his hands from over my eyes, it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

"I just had to let you know you're mine."

"Omg, Miles!"
"Yeah?"
"No one has done my name in graffiti before!"
And that was the surprise, my name was spray painted in fancy fonts and right to the bottom of it wrote, 'You're The Sunflower'.
   My eyes watered, "It's so beautiful.."
"I glad you liked it, because you.." He noticed something crawling on your shoulder, it was a spider. Possibly a mutant one.

"Hands on your body, I don't wanna waste no time."

He had to act quickly, avoiding having me get bit.
He turned me around my my shoulders and braced me against the wall,
"Miles-" He placed his lips on mine, I didn't bother to complain. Because I liked him too much already.

"Feels like forever, even if it lasts one night."

He flicked the spider off my shoulder, then pulled away and looked me into my eyes. "Sorry.." He scratched his head.

"Just lay with me. Waste this night away with me you're.."

"It's okay. Don't apologize for things you aren't sorry for.." I pulled him closer and kissed him back.

"Mine."

"You inspire me, Hanami. And you always will."
"I'm not the one to exactly.. give inspiration to others." I frowned, remembering all the bad things I'd dobe.
"You are." He wrapped strands of my hair around his fingers, looking into my eyes. "You are."
"You gonna kiss me again?"
"Yeah," He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. I placed my hands on his shoulders, looking into his eyes one more time before we kiss under the youth of the night.

"I can't look away, I just gotta say.."
