A Devious Plan

Zira POV
"Alright everyone listen up".
There were about 10 lionesses here. We were all wanting Simba out of the rulership.
"Finally Zira what took so long".
"Oh the kids were being difficult".
"Zira what is your plan".
"Yeah Zira".
"Calm down everyone, alright as you may know by now killing Simba is the only way to get him out but we can't do that".
"And why not"
"We would start a war now Kopa is the next in line so we deal with him then we can take the the throne".
"Alright let's kill the little..."
"No we can't kill him...outright. We need try ways to kill him naturally".
"Like".
"Like getting trampled, caught in a flood, or let the hyenas kill him".
"Sounds good let's get him"
"No we strike when the time is right, my daughter and him have gotten close so when they are at their peak of friendship Vitani will lead him to his doom".
"Does she know we are going to kill him".
"No and she doesn't need to know".
I looked over and saw her sitting alone in the corner not paying attention.
"I will tell you all when the time is right" I said.
"Yes Zira".
"Meeting adjourned remeber if anyone asks were hunting then chased away some hyenas".
After the meeting we headed home. Vitani and Nuka I guess have made up because they are playing.
"So how was today Vitani".
"It was great Kopa is cool".
"Not as cool as me" said Nuka.
"Whatever but Zazu thinks that Kopa and I are intended for each other but we're just friends".
"Is that so".
Nuka glared at me.
"Momma can I go, I was supposed to meet him at lion guard cave".
"Sure but don't stay out to late".
She ran out
"Momma why are you letting her get so close to him".
"Hush Nuka" I smiled "Momma has a plan".

Kopa POV
What is taking Vitani so long.
"Hey Kopa I'm not late am I".
"Just a little but Hakuna Matata say where you anyway".
"Oh my mom had a meeting with the grumpy lionesses near the outlands".
"About what".
"I don't know something boring".
"Anyway let's go prank Zazu".
It was night time in the pridelands most people were asleep but mom and dad let go hang out in the lion guard cave since it wasn't far. Zazu was sleeping on his usual perch. We gathered some water in a big leaf and sat it at the base of the perch. Then we say behind him.
"Ready Vitani".
"Ready".
"3...2...1".

Vitani POV
We roared as loud as possible. Zazu jumped out of his feathers. He fell into the water. Vitani and I cracked up laughing.
"Ugh darn you two cubs". We ran into the night. We stopped at a near by tree.
"That was great Kopa".
"Yeah we have got to do more pranks on people".
Iblaughed then looked at him.
"Kopa about what Zazu said earlier".
"Yeah I'm sure he didn't mean to make us uncomfortable like that I mean we are just friends".
I smiled. I scooted closer to him.
"Yeah but have you ever thought about it though".
"Um I...uh well".
I laughed.
"Loosen up Kopa come on before our parents get worried".
"Ha yeah well see you tomorrow Vitani"
I ran back home. Maybe Kopa and I being together wasn't such a bad thing. Am I gain loving feelings for him.

Kopa POV
"Ah there you are son, how was it".
"Great but Zazu may be angry in the morning".
"What did you do" said Nala.
"We scared him and he fell into pool of water".
"That's funny son but please refrain from terrorising the royal advisor".
"Okay I prepared the leaves of water while I waited on Vitani. Her and her mother went to the outlands to meet with some lionesses. I don't know what they were talking about".
Simba tensed.
"Really uh well you best get to bed Kopa".
"Okay dad".

Simba POV
I waited for Kopa to be out of ear shot.
"They were meeting in the outlands, Simba that can't be good I mean she already doesn't luke you".
"I know but we can't act on this until we see something".
"I just hope it isn't anything serious".
