Tamani POV
Me feet whisper as I advance on the troll. My sprints are silent as I gain on him. When I'm within grasp, I lunge out, tackling the troll.
He grunts and drop a body to the floor; Laurel. I quickly take my knife and lodge it wih a snap into his chest.
He flashed me his teeth and threw a clumsy punch straight for my face. As the arm is in motion, I lean back, almost enjoying this moment of triumph. I take out my knife again and lodge it in the same place. It's limbs strangle my neck, trying to choke me. Little do they know I could be like this for the next half and hour.
I send a kick flying toward the same spot and he moans and collapses to the floor. I stab him once more for good measure.
Blinded by my rage, I almost forget that Laurel is here. I take her unconscious form and rush her to home.
