YOU WOKE UP to the first rays of sunshine glinting through the half-closed curtains and playing with the light and shadow on António's tan chest beneath your head. The light was still dim, so it didn't hurt your eyes, when you opened them to be met with daybreak. Waking up next to António, or basically lying on top of him, made you realise, what had happened the night before.

Loud music filled your ears and blocked out any voices trying to get to you in the crowd of people in the club. Your body was pushed and pulled around between the heaps of people coming here tonight, and it made you lose your balance and trip over, but luckily someone was there just in time to catch you, before your body would have hit the stone cold floor.

"Careful," you heard a deep voice with a foreign accent say close to your ear, as you stood up trying to regain your balance. "We don't want you falling over."

You looked up through the hair that had gotten in front of your eyes and saw a handsome man standing in front of you, with his hand still tight around your arm to prevent you from falling again. "I'm sorry," you just about muttered, while being captivated by his beautiful warm honey-brown eyes, that invited you in.

His skin was sun kissed and golden, having clearly spent long hours at the beach, maybe he was a surfer, you thought to yourself. He was slightly taller than you, without being too tall to seem like a giant next to your smaller frame, but he was fit, and you could see the outlines of his muscles through his thin shirt. His hair was mussed and seemed bleached from the sun. Your eyes fell over his face again to find plump lips, slightly parted and ready to be kissed.

"Don't be sorry, it's not your fault people are rushing to get around." Your cheeks heated up and turned a light pinkish colour, making you embarrassed to have already fallen for him, without even knowing his name. "Are you sure you're alright?" he asked, and you could hear the genuine concern in his accented voice.

"Yeah, I think so."

"I'm António, but you can just call me Ant, if you want," he said with a sly smile playing on his dark red lips.

"I'm Leonora, but everyone calls me Leo, so you can just call me that too."

"Leonora," he repeated your name to get a taste of it. "Leo." Your name sounded good and flowed off his tongue beautifully in an accent that you had yet to know.

"I like your accent," you blurted out, before realising what you had just said, while he was still tasting your name. You put your hands across your mouth, as in a way of stopping any future word slips, but it was already too late. António chuckled at you silliness, but it wasn't in a taunting way, rather in a relatable kind of way, as if he had been in the same exact situation himself.

"Thanks, I'm from Portugal."

"Interesting. Well, I'm from New Zealand, the land of the kiwis." He chuckled again, and this time, you couldn't hold back a little laughter either.

You rubbed your eyes, trying to get yourself to remember the rest of the night, but in all honesty it was quite a blur, which you blamed on all the alcohol you must have consumed, when you also took your pounding headache into account.

Underneath you, you felt António stir awake, and he looked a bit confused when he opened his eyes, only to be met by your groggy morning face.

"Good morning," he said, speech thick and slurred with sleep and trying to withhold the yawn escaping his lips. "Slept well?" he asked, even though you looked like you had just been run over by a train.

"Alright," you quickly answered with a hoarse voice. "You?" The only respond you received was a nod followed up by a big yawn. He stretched his arms out above his head and his bones cracked, but afterwards he very sneakily placed them around your neck to draw you in closer to him, so that he could kiss the tip of nose, which tickled you. He stayed close to you, and you could feel his hot breath on you face, before he leaned in slightly more to be able to lock your lips together for a good morning kiss.

You had calmed down a bit, as he was stood behind you, so that you were unable to see his captivating eyes. His hands were on your waist, guiding you along to the rhythm of the music blaring from the big speakers in the corners of the room. Over the music, you could hear the DJ shout something, but it was way too indistinct for you to actually understand it.

His hot breath was ghosting on the back off your neck, and you could feel one of his hands let go of your waist to brush your hair away in order to make room for his lips, which then landed on your now bare neck and shoulders. It felt very intimate for you to have António standing so close behind you and nipping at you bare skin, while you were slowing grinding your bum against his crotch, which you could feel was making him more and more aroused as time went by.

"What do you think about getting out of here?" his voice was even deeper and sexier than earlier, and it made you crazy, but could you really just leave the club with a complete stranger. Fuck it, you thought and nodded, which he could see and feel from where he was standing behind you.

"Fancy getting some breakfast?" António asked you between kisses and touches. And just as he said it, your stomach started to rumble, making you realise you hadn't eaten since yesterday morning. He chuckled, "I'm taking that as a 'yes'."

He got out of bed, wearing nothing but a pair of boxers, showing off his muscled torso. You took in the sight of him, as you still lied in bed and wanted nothing more than for him to get back into bed, so that you could explore his body just like you had done the night before.

"Babe, you're drooling," he said, and it made you snap out of your daydream. "Come on, let's get you out of bed." António walked over to the bed again, but on your side this time. He removed the sheets, revealing your gorgeous body and picked you up to carry you downstairs and into the large kitchen. This was just the right way to wake up, and watching him cook breakfast for you, made you want to wake up to this every morning. You were definitely not letting this one go.
