Chapter 1 |
S A V A Y | S U A R E Z
I rubbed the backside of my hand tracing the scars of survival that was planted on it as people walked in and out of the diner.
My caramel frappe with extra whip-cream and two cinnamon rolls on the side couldn't do anything but start my day off the way it should every morning.
My phone began ringing repetitively as I ignored it with pleasure. Anyone who lives by themselves should get ample time to get privacy or like normals like to call it " me time "
But for me, I would never even get to lie down for an entire 8-10 hours to sleep before heading back to work, let along a day to myself.
I sipped my drink as I scrolled down my iPad reading the news about the fifteen homicides that happened just this week
They call the murderer "A Cold Hearted Killer"
I hated that name. I would most likely like to call myself just a regular old Latina girl getting things that need to be solved... handled.
They didn't have to put a name on me like I was just a murderer on the loose killing randoms.
I'm killing those who deserve it, now as I said in the beginning... normals who said: "oh well no one deserves to die."
Yeah okay, kiss my ass with that one. Let a whole cartel kill your family with you being the only survivor and let me see how you handle it.
I read the comments under the page of the news and I was basically getting applause by some, hated by most.
I could care less though. No one knows the true story behind the shit I've been through except the murders and I myself.
And I will never tell it because... I'll never get caught.
"Savvy, would you like anything else ?" The waiter asked me smiling with her true warming heart
"I'm okay Beth, thank you. I truly appreciate it. Have a wonderful day." I blew her a kiss and began to grab my things.
"What a sweet young lady." I heard the words tremble from her mouth softly.
Only if she truly knew.
I decided to give a call back to whoever I just ignored a couple of minutes ago and it answered on the first ring.
"Lyle Kimchi. 282 King Drive. Floor 10, Room 1010."
Then it hung up.
"Mr.Kimchi, I've been dreading for the moment."
I clapped my hands and jumping excitedly like a girl getting everything she wanted for Christmas as I basically threw myself into my all black Mustang.
I pulled up to a building that read "Chi Hotel Service."
Slipping on my black leather coat that fell to the top of my knees, I exited my car roaming into the double doors of revenge.
I observed how many cameras there were as my foot hit the welcome mat.
"Best service my ass," I mumbled
There were only two cameras in the entire lobby, which were in front of the counter and door. They were making my job easier and theirs ten times harder.
No wonder they only had three stars, this was utter shit I was standing inside of.
My glasses were blocking my face so I could care less of a camera. Besides, I'm about to take care of those before I get rid of the rat.
My soft steps lingered from the door to the other side of the room as I proceeded to make way towards the employees only room. Now, when I was a rookie, I would shit complete bricks just because I had to do this. But now, I get excited because this is the easiest part of the job.
My eyes quickly wandered to what I had to prepare myself for since I'm on a time limit here. Never get too comfortable of lingering somewhere, because then you get noticed.
45 kills later, and I've never been in a line-up, in for questioning or identified.
Being unnoticeable is hard for me, I like the attention of the seekers who just adore me oh so much.
I see myself clipping wires mindfully so I wouldn't make a power outage and fuck up the entire reason why we're actually here at this every moment.
Step 1 was completed to the most beautiful mission I've ever had, and I can admit... this is my first time not complaining about it.
Oh wait, I did say the hotel was shitty.
"Maybe another time." I challenged myself as quickly and soft footing like my left leg climb up the stairs as my right decided to do the same likewise in a precise movement.
My eyes lingered throughout the floor searching 1010 and I finally caught it in a quick glimpse.
"Bingo."
I pulled out the key to his hotel room that I slipped from the man at the front desk, after flirting and inputting that I lost my key.
Turning it slowly I heard the bathroom door shut and the bathroom sink turns on. Looking at the time, I only had 30 minutes left until it hit 8:00 am and I figured he was freshening up to start his day, well he thought he was about to.
I began peeking through his belongings as a picture in his suitcase caught my attention. It was a picture of my sister. Anger melted in my veins as my blood boiled in a temporary amount of time.
"Fuck waiting," I mumbled as I walked towards the door.
The door hit him in the face as I bone-rushed myself into it with all my strength. I grabbed the back of his neck bashing it into the sink as blood splattered more and more the more I force his head on it.
I heard something crack and I considered it is most likely his nose. I stopped as I pushed him on his back to face me.
"Mr.Kimchi, how you been?"
"Who are you?"
"Aw, who am I? Take a good look and see if you remember." I slowly peered my glasses off my face yanking his shirt towards as our face was only 3 inches away from each other.
His face slowly lined up with mines as he blacked in and out from the abuse I just have done, proudly.
His eyes widened in terror when he realized who I was, and what I was known for in the game.
"I'm sorry-
I cut the conversation to a quick end as my new custom gold taran tactical put a bullet to the forehead killing him instantly.
I grabbed the picture of my sister kissing it as I slipped it in my pocket
"I'm doing all of this for you."
