Chapter 33 |
O R L A N D O | G O N Z A L O
Jesus. It's been what, 5 chapters since mines? Shits have been a rollercoaster since it been about me. I've opened up the museum of my paintings and have classes for people who want to learn how to paint and draw or get better. I have a class today and I'm excited. My Thursday class is my best class, there in my age-range so it's a bit of more maturity, as the right amount. My older age-range class has no type of humor. The young one has to damn much but can't complain. My dream came true, that's all that's really important to me.
I began setting up the tables and canvas as everyone started rolling in. I felt a hand slide up my arm, I turned around to see a student of mines, Rebecca. So here's the thing, Rebecca can be a bit of a handful when it comes to the boundaries of me as a teacher and her being the student. She'll flirt here and there and I would have to tell her that I'm in a relationship and she could care less than what she already does. Her words, not mines.
Of course, me being with Savay and knowing how she works I wouldn't dare tell her. Rebecca would've been dead weeks ago. I just want peace now. After my dream career come true and the fact that everyone who deserved to die is not alive, I feel as if that part of my life is over. The part was only violence was the answer. I mean don't get it fucked up, I'll shut shit down in a heartbeat... but only when it's needed. Do you know?
Sometimes, I regret killing Dr.Conner. Savay really needed that. Along with the fact that it was indeed helping in a
short manner of weeks. Her being so empathic makes things it doesn't have to be. Her emotions take over and it angers me to the fucking cord. But her heart is so pure, but she rarely shows it. I signed off the thought as only 10 minutes were left in for my last class today."Alright, can you all start cleaning up you're stations. We have only about 10 minutes left. Our next session will be canceled, unfortunately. You all have my number so if you have any questions just text me." I nodded as they said their goodbyes and started leaving.
I was looking down at my papers as I heard the room door lock. I moved my eyes to see Rebecca smirking. "Please leave."
"Mr.Gonzalo, we both know you want this so why fight it?"
"Because... I don't want it. Plus, my girlfriend is way more experienced than you. No offense but sorry not sorry."
She laughed as the doorknob turned but stopped when realized it was locked. A loud pound came on the door. I mumbled, "Shit."
I hurriedly unlocked it seeing a happy Savay. She busted in and stopped when she saw Rebecca. She slowly turned to me with her eyes closed.
"Explain, before I go the fuck off."
"This is my student R-
"Rebecca." We both said in unison. I turned to Savay in confusion, "You two know each other?"
"No. But Gina gave me a few details about her when she visited last time. Hey, I'm Savay. Orlando's girlfriend you could care less about."
Rebecca's face grew in an unreadable expression as she stuttered with her words. "Um, I'll see you next session. Bye," She ran past Savay but not far.
Savay grabbed her throat slamming her on the table. She pulled out her knife as Rebecca screamed in pain. "You won't see him because this was your last session. Do you understand me?"
She nodded continuously. "Good. Nice meeting you."
She yanked her off the table pushing her towards the door. "Was that really necessary? You can't do that to every woman that's in my class?"
"Obviously I do, I come here to celebrate your success with you and I find you in here with the same bitch Gina warned me about which you, on the other hand, told me NOTHING about with the fucking door locked?"
"You didn't even give me a chance to explain."
"I did when I first walked through the door. My exact words were explained."
"Look nothing happened. I was at my desk looking at some papers when she hurried and locked the door and as I was telling her to leave that's when you showed up."
It felt like an eternity until she looked away from studying my face to see if I'm lying or not. "Fine but I don't want her here anymore."
"She's not com-
"That's not the point. I could care less about her being a competition, it's the point of respect. & that's what I want. So it's you're deciding on what you're going to do. But, I'm telling you what I want."
I nodded already knowing my decision. I have to let her go... Savay handled that better than what she would a year ago. It's surprising but yet I'm impressed. "I know, she won't return. I promise."
She smiled kissing me. "Good. Now, what would you like to do to celebrate?"
I sat down putting her in my lap as I rubbed her back slowly. "Visit your father."
"That's not a celebration. That's a disappointment."
"I talk to him 2 days ago. We had lunch together and had a tense conversation about you."
Her breathing became heavy while her body grew tense. "It took a while for my point to get across but I made it happen."
"Where are you getting at with this?"
"He invited us to his house to have dinner tomorrow."
"Oh hell-
Her sentence ended quickly as I grasped my hand around her thigh roughly. "I'm not taking no for an answer. We both are going to dress accordingly and you are going to be on your best behavior. Do we have an understanding?"
She huffed and nodded, "Okay. But you have to paint me a picture."
I smiled getting up while setting up the paint, "As you wish my love."
