Chapter 16 |

"You don't deserve my love!" I cried as tears ran down my face.

Orlando got on his knees in front of me, "Baby, I promise. I'm sorry."

"No your not."

"It's right up the street, we both can get you twice as more than you had before."

"Doesn't give you the right to eat my ice cream."

He chuckled as I pushed him off of me, "You're enjoying this you asshole."

"No, I just adore you. Come on babe. This our last day here, let's make it count."

I laid down onto the bed as he walked in front of the tv.

"What do you want to do?" He questioned

"I would say me take you out but I don't know a damn thing about Italy."

"So that means, I take you out."

"No, you've been so sweet spending all this money on me that's enough Pooda. I want to do something for you."

He sat down, "Well. I want our last night to be special so we have to do something ma."

"How about, you pick a place to eat... then I pay," I argued

"No, I always pay... and that's how it's going to stay."

"Orlando, we can't be a couple if we can't do things together. Spilt things so we both have the same amount of work to do."

He looked at me as my hands came together and I pouted.

"Ugh, Fine. This is your first and last time."

"Yeah right."

"Tony, stop being so uptight and nervous."

"Leon hasn't been back and he was supposed to for three days. What the hell is going on?"

"Just relax, it's no big deal. Maybe it's for the best." I rubbed his neck as he caressed it.

We've definitely gotten closer over the time that's past without Orlando and Savvy here. Sydney decided to go back home since she got the closure she wanted. But Tony still doesn't know for sure yet.

"Your right, when are they coming back?"

"HEYOOO, someone asks for us?" Savay bust through the door as we both smiled.

Orlando came in with a dull face.

"What's wrong with you?"

"Savay decided to make a whole scene in the restaurant and got us kicked out."

"What you do?" Tony turned to her laughing

"The waitress acted as if I wasn't even there. Then wrote her number down. I was about to kill her until Orlando grabbed my gun. Which he seems to get too comfortable with." She put her hand on her hip

"Babe, You can't kill everyone you come across." He chuckled

"I can, but I can't if you don't let me."

Savay put her stuff down and went upstairs. She came back down looking in the kitchen.

"& what are you looking for, Missy?"

"Where's Sydney ?"

"She went back home, she said she wanted to go back for grandma since she was so worried."

"When did she leave?"

"Last night."

"I just talk to Aunt Yolando, she said she isn't answering her phone."

"Well, maybe she's still on the plane."

"Tony, how?" Savay groaned in annoyance

"Yeah, it only takes 6 hours to get back to Guam." Orlando nodded with an unclear expression on his face.

"Oh my god," Savay uttered under her breath as she went upstairs.

My mind grew nervous and a pit of guilt laid in my stomach. I felt like I shouldn't have let her leave. I should have left with her, or at least drop her off to the airport instead of making her catch a cab.

"Well while Savay handles that, Tony I got a gift for you." Orlando smiled pulling out a file.

"What is it? Money, if so give it now so I can bounce man."

"It's better than money."

I smiled, happy to see what Tony's reaction would be.

Tony opened the file as he read it and looked up, "What the hell does this even mean?"

Orlando laughed, "Your now the leader of Sin Piedad { No Mercy }, your bank account is now filled with seventeen figures."

Tony stood there in shock as a smile took over his face, "You son of a bitch."

"Well, no lies you said there." We all shared a laugh as they hugged each other.  Tony's eyes began to water as he put his head down in embarrassment.

"You one hell of a cousin you know that?"

Orlando shrugged, "I know what it's like to be left on the curb and not have a damn thing in a pocket to fill in those gaps of pain. I'm your family and you're now apart of this operation. We a team now. You deserve this money and power."

Tony broke down as my eyes filled tears. Tony talked to me about his past and let's just say he's been through hell and back. His mother was murdered along with his younger brother. His father is still yet to be even spotted in any sort of place. He's been on the streets since the age of 16. He witnessed his girlfriend get brutally raped and killed.

That's what makes me be so attached to him. His life has been a hell of a roller coaster, but he won't dare let it be known or beg for your pity. He isn't scared to take one's life since so many have been taken from him.

"Don't you ever have me crying like no bitch." He pushed Orlando

Orlando laughed uncontrollably as slow, loud steps powered down the stairs. Savay came into view as her eyes were red and puffy.

"What's wrong baby?"

She hiccuped as my heartbeat at a fast pace hoping she says the absolute worst.

"Sydney's missing."
