"Oh I'm sorry I-"

"Cas chill it's alright you didn't know... You don't know a lot of things yet," She reassured her hand gradually making way off of the door handle.

"So then enlighten me," He murmured glancing down at his fingers deep in thought. "How the hell were you feeling back then?"

"Look I'm sorry alright? I felt like utter shit those years in my life, Azazel and my father ran my life and made me into the person that I was then... Not who I am now," She explained this time pulling his hand into hers.

"What person are you now?" He questioned glancing up to meet her staring eyes.

"I'm a person who wants to be friends with you again... One who wants to make it up to you, one who wants you to meet her half brother and get ice cream together... One who wants to go to your dad's funeral to support you," She explained heart skipping a beat thus she felt his hand squeeze her own.

"I want to be friends again but it may take some time," He explained gazing down at their interlocked fingers. "You're really going to go through?"

"Yeah... Yes, look Castiel I'm sorry for being a dick to you I just didn't want the past to come back in fear of somone else controlling me however you squeezing your way in here has shown me that I do need you to keep me out of anyone else grasps," She explained freeing her hand from his iron grip. "Come on you're going to help me pack," Then unexpectedly he ended up inside her house, her giant of a brother towering over him.

"Cas I would like you to meet Y/B/N... Y/B/N meet Castiel," She explained hanging up her jacket.

"I've already met him, and I thought you were going to work?" He questioned staring down at Castiel and never turning to meet his sister's eyes.

"I quit," She shrugged slipping off her shoes as if it were no big deal.

"You quit?" He questions eyes widening with fear. "Why the hell would you do that? Is this because of him?" He jabbed a finger at the raven-haired man causing his eyes to go wide as well.

"Yes and no... Look I'm going with Cas for a while and then I'm taking a break to really find my place in this world," She explained shrugging her shoulders trying to brush off his worried gaze. "Come on let's go pack up my things," Her hand came in contact with the blue-eyed man leading him up the stairs and into her bedroom where she pulled out her suitcase from in the closet.

"What do you mean by finding your place in the world?" He questioned while she unzipped the suitcase.

"It means that I know I don't belong here, and I knew that job wasn't for me... I need to find out where I'm destined to be and what I'm supposed to do and I think I know exactly what that is," She explained grabbing some shirts off some hangers and putting them into the suitcase, however, once she finally met his eyes he had given her the face of continue. "Which is building a house by that creek... The one where we used to swim as kids,"

Suddenly Castiel bubbled up with excitement, as they could be found seconds later hands in one another's bouncing up and down and giggling like crazy. "OH. MY. GOD. ARE YOU FOR REAL?" The trench-coated man questioned eyes lighting up with joy. "That would be... That would be impossible," Although in simply one moment the light had left his eyes and filled with nothing except dread.

"What is it? Why would that be impossible?" She questioned fingers brushing against his jaw and causing his gaze to fall upon hers once again.

"They tore down the forest now they'res just parking lot and a giant building," He sighed trying to avoid her gaze however she simply wouldn't let him until suddenly she began laughing loudly causing his face to form confusion. "Why the fuck is this funny?"

"Cas the forest his hudge they'res no way they tore it all down for one building," She laughed throwing some socks into the suitcase.

"I did it was right where we used to enter to get to our spot in the forest it had been demolished!" He exclaimed trying not to look like a fool, however, he failed once the giggles escaped her lips.

"You're a dumbass that creek was like a mile and a half into that forest surely they didn't touch it... No one goes out there because it's dangerous without a path but we'll- we'll form our own path," She explained through a grin. "And we'll build a house on that water like we said we would all those years ago,"

"Are you serious? Don't you want to get out of that horrible town as I want too, away from Azazel and all those horrible memories?" He questioned looking at her like she had grown another head.

"What horrible memories? All I have are the best times with you... The times were like was simple and perfect... Times where I wasn't being a dick and our friendship was the best thing to ever happen to me," She explained looking at him puzzled.
"Oh," He whispered never meeting her gaze turning his back to her yet turning around seconds later. "What about the fight?"

"What about it?" She questioned holding stone-cold features whilst she continued to pack her bag.

"I thought we would hate each other after all of those horrible things we said to each other that night," He mumbled his shoes suddenly becoming interesting. "For longer than a few minutes the next time we had a conversation,"

"I've changed," She mumbled folding her pants and putting them into her suitcase.

"You don't think I have? I had to change because of all those horrible things you said to me... So that I wouldn't get eaten alive by all the people at our school," He exclaimed his voice raising a little. "But maybe it didn't affect you as much as it did me, because you still had friends after that and I didn't..." Unexpectedly the tears hit his eyes like hoses that couldn't be turned off.

"No... No Cas please don't cry," She exclaimed leaping over to him and pulling him into a tight embrace. "Please don't cry over it... It's something that I regret every day of my life and can't seem to get away from," Suddenly Y/N pulled away staring at Castiel through his teary eyes, the pads of her thumbs coming in contact with his cheeks whipping the tears away gently.

"I-I can't help it," He finally stuttered out staring at her as if she were some sort of angel, it was blurry through his tears. "That has been the worst part of my life so far after all," Their faces were close, whilst his tears began to fade away and into nothing except sadness, and the feelings in which he had that couldn't' be explained with words.

His arms were around Y/N's waist, as her's could be found around his neck, playing with his little hairs. Their gazes upon one another calmed one another, thus proving that they needed each other and that their bond has survived it all... Had survived everything.

However before they knew it their faces grew closer and closer, until there was no gap let between them and their lips could be found against one another fitting like a puzzle piece.
