REWRITE THE STARS
Since the day I had you, I thought you were mine. I thought everything would be okay between us, until we broke up and parted ways.
I know our distance are far away, mountains was between our paths, like a barrier, I couldn't get through you and I couldn't say the words I miss you.
It hurts that we are apart, it hurts I wasn't the right one for you, it hurts you choose someone else than me. I was torn in pieces, a piece of my love was taken by you.
It's hard to breathe with these tears in my eyes, it's hard to control this feeling, it's hard to tame my wild heart to calm down from hurting and bleeding because of you.
What if I could turn the clock to rewind? Would those things go back?
Would you come back home into my arms? Would our story have a part two in this book?
What if I could close my eyes and wake up to say it was all a dream?
Could I see you lay next beside me in the next morning?
Could I smell once more your sweet scent?
Could I hear your angelic voice again?
Could I feel that same halo of yours?
I couldn't change our fate, if it was sealed and you are meant to someone better.
I couldn't rebuild our love, if our emotions aren't compatible to fix the old us.
I couldn't hope for us to reunite, if we are bound to break and fall apart.
