We Found Love

Chapter 20

With the music playing in the background, setting the perfect scene. "Scarlett Johansson. Will you marry me?" Those words were the most important he had ever said to her. Only just beating I love you.
Jeremy watched the love of his life sob. He was unsure what they meant, but when she fell to her knees and wrapped her arms around his neck, muttering a thousand "yes"s into his skin, Jeremy finally allowed the tears to burst their banks.
For what felt like hours, the two knelt there and cried in each other's arms. "I love you, so, so much." Scarlett wept, holding onto him tightly.
"I love you too. More than you know." Jeremy told her, pulling back to kiss her lips softly, to which she returned easily, still both having tears spilling from their eyes. He took her hand tenderly and slid the ring onto her finger. Scarlett smiled softly, wiping her tears with her free hand as she watched him delicately hold her hand as though she was going to break. "I don't want you to hide this. I want everyone to know just how much I love you." Jeremy told her, Scarlett smiling through her tears as she nodded.
She watched as Jeremy stood up, he offering out his hand to her which she took. Before she knew it, Jeremy had her on her feet, his arms around her waist and hers around his neck as they quietly slow danced to Hold On which just defined their love perfectly.
Scarlett smiled and closed her eyes as she listened to Jeremy sing quietly into her ear, along to the lyrics in the song. "So hold on to me. Hold on to me tonight.." He sang quietly which made Scarlett hold onto him all the tighter. Jeremy smiled, burying his face into the flawless skin of her neck.
That night they stayed in each other's embrace for hours, well into the next day. They finally fell asleep at early hours in the morning, tightly held by one another. The last person to fall asleep was Jeremy. He finally had the woman of his dreams forever, for him to cherish until his last breath. He kissed the side of her head, resting a hand on her stomach, where their baby was growing. She has already given him so much, and in return, he wanted to give her his undying love for eternity.

As the sun rose, Scarlett began to stir. Just to find the bed empty. Her eyes snapped open as she sat up quickly. "Woah, baby. Its okay. I just wanted to make you breakfast in bed." Jeremy said softly with a small smile, watching his love as she relaxed back into the bed, rubbing her eyes.
"You scared me. I thought you'd bailed out on me." Scarlett said sadly, Jeremy setting the tray on her lap then clawing in next to her and wrapping his arm to secure her against his body.
"That, my love, will never happen as long as I have a single breath in my body." He promised, Scarlett looking up to him with a reassured smile, Jeremy's lips meeting hers in a kiss that quickly became passionate.
"I think we should start eating, before we get a little too hungry for something else.. hm?" Scarlett hummed, Jeremy nodding reluctantly as his fiancé turned back to the food, cutting come bacon and raising it to his mouth with a soft smile, Jeremy biting it from the fork and happily chewed as he fed her some pancakes. "I can promise you sex later thought.. when I come back from the gym." Scarlett smiled, Jeremy looking up to her with a soft chuckle.
"Why not now?" Jeremy poured, his hand which was once on her waist, began to travel south.
"Because I want to make you wait. And so you have it on your mind until I get home." Scarlett teased, biting her bottom lip before she moved his hand back to her waist.
"But baby.." Jeremy whined, kissing and sucking at the skin of her neck which earned a him from Scarlett.
"No buts.." She smiled softly, arching her back as his kisses didn't subside.
"Mm, yours is good enough for the both of us." Jeremy whispered, a red blush growing on Scarlett's cheeks. She had to force him away, turning back to the food with a smirk as as began to eat again. Jeremy watched her sadly, his grey eyes giving her a puppy dog look that she didn't seem to notice. She slid the tray onto his lap when she'd had enough. Scarlett got up and walked about the suite, packing a gym bag.
"Have you seen my vest top?" Scarlett asked, Jeremy eating in silence. She watched him for a lengthy time before shaking her head, hunting for it herself.
Soon enough, she had everything packed and ready to go. Scarlett changed into her gym wear, and called a taxi. She crawled onto the bed, her blue eyes watching Jeremy. "Are you mad at me?" She asked, tilting her head cutely.
Jeremy looked up at her and couldn't keep up his act for long. She was just too beautiful. "Of course not, Scar." He smiled. "Just looking forward to later." He winked which made Scarlett giggle. She kissed his lips as they said goodbye before she forced herself to go.
Jeremy kept his eyes on her as she disappeared out of the door. He sat back with a happy smile, sighing as though he was in heaven.
