Our honeymoon was over and we had to get back into reality, Adrian left to go to Germany while I stayed home by myself for a couple of days while the kids were still visiting Carmen. I went upstairs and looked in my closet grabbing a box opening it seeing the white bloody shoes. I took one of them out and stared at them. I obviously shed a few tears before putting them back tossing them in the trash. I've held onto them for the longest maybe it was time to realize that keeping them won't make the pain go away from what happened years ago.  I went to go visit Derek's and Dans grave placing flowers by their headstones.

"You taught me everything I know back in Mexico. I guess you saw potential in me...me becoming the next Dan Philips. I know the truth now, about you and your previous wife...I'm afraid to tell Adrian I don't know how she'll react, I don't know what she'll do. I want her to focus on her career, she finally has a clean slate she's happy..telling her what Jason's uncle did to you and her mom would crush her. I killed him..I killed him for you, for Adrian. He's finally out of the picture along with Jason's shitty father. I think more are coming after her..they want her gone and I can't let them do that. I will use everything that you taught me on them. I don't know if things will end badly but..I agreed to do this. You did your part. I'm sorry I didn't come sooner enough to apologize to you. I wish we could've ended things differently. I hope you're with Adriana, taking good care of her. I decided to let her go and y'know..rest. I'm sure she wouldn't want to see her old man stressing for more than five years about her death. If you are where she is..could you at least tell her I love her? And that I think about her everyday. It would mean a lot to me if you did."

"I want you to take care of the rest, the other five." I heard. I looked up and saw Dan. "The other five Justin...you're not done yet."

"I know. Believe me I want them gone as much as you do. They're coming after her, maybe not now, or tomorrow but they're coming."

"It's your job to stop that from happening. She's the only one left, I'm gone..her mom is also gone. She's the only person that knows about everything I've done. I think she deserves to know about me and her mom..what really happened. You found out recently and you're keeping it a secret. Justin you don't know her like I do..she's tough, and once she finds out..I think you'll have yourself a partner."

"But her career-"

"Her career will be fine. She knows what she's doing. Tell her. She can live a double life."

"You told me to protect her, that's what I'm doing. What's the point getting her involved in all of this?"

"She's prepared for whatever comes her way. She's smart. Yes you'll still be protecting her, but she'll be with you. You know what you're doing Justin. You'll figure it out, I would've loved you to meet my previous wife, she would've liked you. I'll tell Adriana you love her. Once this is all over..you can ride into the sunset with your family."

"What if this ends badly?"

"I taught you everything, you'll figure something out." He says before disappearing. I walked off and walked towards my car getting a phone call from Carmen.

"Hey Carmen-"

"It's Audrey, we're at the hospital. I need you here."

"Okay, okay I'm on my way." I said before hanging up the phone. I got into my car and rushed to the hospital. "Audrey Bieber." I said to the nurse at the desk.
