I went upstairs into Audrey's bedroom, seeing her getting ready for bed. I lightly knocked on the door entering the room.

"Hey, you did good today. You're getting the hang of things, but don't try too hard. Remember to always observe the goalkeepers position."

"Is it bad that I'm nervous? About losing the game? I know you said you win some and you lose some but dad this is my first game. I want to at least remember I won my very first game as a kid."

"Okay, I can understand that. You know you're a lot like me when I was younger, always competitive, I got pissed if I lost a game. If I was a kid again, I would want to remember my first game too, so, go out there and kick some ass. Either if you win or lose, we will still be in the bleachers cheering you on. And you will still have that sleepover, we can bake cookies, make slime, play games, anything you want and I promise we won't embarrass you. I can't speak for your mom because she's quite embarrassing but she does it because she loves you. Come on let me tuck you in." I said, she gets into bed as I began to tuck her in. "Want me to read you a story?"

"No. Not tonight, maybe another night. Where's mom?"

"I don't know, she's around here somewhere..have to keep my eye on her since she's pregnant."

"She's probably watching food shows again."

"Yeah, probably." I laughed. "Did you get cleaned up before bed?" I asked, she nods her head. I smiled and kissed her head before turning the lamp off. "Goodnight, I love you."

"I love you too, goodnight." She says turning over going to sleep. I closed the door and went downstairs to find Adrian. I looked on the back and saw her in the pool, I opened the back door and went outside.

"What are you cheesing for?" She asks hopping out the pool.

"Because my soon to be wife is unbelievably sexy." I said kissing her. "You make me the luckiest man alive."

"Awe, well I'm considered the lucky one. I am getting married to a big time celebrity. Bitches would kill to be in my position you know."

"I know." I said handing her a towel.

"Audrey asleep?"

"Yeah she's asleep, she really wants to win this game tomorrow so, I told her to kick some ass. You know she called me dad."

"Oh really? That's like, the second time she's called you that."

"Yeah, and this time she didn't apologize for it. It's a good feeling Adrian, it warmed my heart when she said that."

"She loves you, and it's not because Derek's not always around her. She loves you both equally. I think she's going to miss him when he moves. Not that he'll forget her, I'm happy he's found someone. I just hope he doesn't hurt Jessa because I hurt him. Hurt people, hurt other people without knowing."

"You didn't hurt him Adrian, no one did the hurting, remember that." I said, she chuckles and rolls her eyes.

"Stop gawking at me, jeez you're like a little kid who's never seen boobs before."

"Hey, they're gonna get much bigger than that. Especially your ass, I might have some competition, keeping the guys away from you."
