A Not Full House

Homecoming Part 2

Lilac starts to look at me as if I have two heads.

"Are you out of your mind? Sylvia would never do that to me! And neither would Jason! I thought you were different, but your exactly like Julia!"

"Lilac, go see for your self. Second hall. Tomes 15"

I walk behind lilac as she follows the directions I gave her.

She turns the corner.

I see her face go pale.

"You.... You.... You" lilac can't get out words through her tears.

I run to her side and hug her.

Sylvia turns to look at us.

"It's not what it looks like!" She steps away from Jason.

Jason turns and when he sees me and Lilac and freezes.

"It's not what I looks like? It looks like your kissing my brother! Who already has a girlfriend!" I holler at Sylvia.

"Let's go." Lilac whispers to me.

I walk right up to Jason.

"I thought you were a jerk. But I didn't think you were a cheater" I yell at Jason.

"Please let me explain." Jason exclaims

"Don't talk to me" I say and then walk lilac out.

I tell Lilac that she can sleep at my house tonight. I walk her up to my room and let her borrow some sweatpants and a sweat shirt.

"It's gonna be ok"

A knock comes from the hallway.

I walk outside the door.

Jason stands there.

"What do you want?" I ask bored.

"I'm sorry. Can I please talk to Lilac? I wanna apoligize! I'm so sorry!" He says tears forming in his eyes.

"It's too late. I always thought of you as an idiot, but never a cheater" I say walking back to my room.

"Wait! Mom wants to talk to you."

I shut the door and walk downstairs. Moms not sitting on the couch, but my dad is.

"Dad? What are you doing here?" I say hugging him.

"I needed to speak with you. In person"

"Ok, what is it?" I say a little worriesome. He's sounds different.

"Your brother is coming home from college tomorrow. And he insisted on seeing you first"
