I sat on the sofa in Jason, Alan, and Kate's house.
We all missed each other so we decided to hang out.
"Hey? Do you remember the first time we met you?" Jason asked as he walked into the room with chips.
"No, I was in the 8th grade." I smiled.
"I do." Alan, Jason, and Kate said.
How I met Alan:
I got out of my car and walked into school.Stacy Morries, my girlfriend at the time, grabbed my arm and we walked together.
"Sweetie? What's wrong?" Stacy kissed me.
"My mom met this guy and thinks he's 'the one'"
"So?"
"I'm just really happy for her." I smiled, and walked to my homeroom. When I walked through the door a piece of crumpled up paper smacked me in my face.
"I am so sorry!" A short girl with blonde hair walked up to me.
"It's alright. Are you new here?" I picked up the piece of paper and through it in the garbage.
"Yea. I just moved her from Texas" that's weird, because she certainly did not have an accent.
"Ok that's cool." I was about to walk away when....
"Who is she?" Stacy screamed from behind me.
"I don't know. She just moved here. Chill" I brushed her hair out of her face.
She smacked my hand.
"Are you cheating on me? You pig!" She screamed.
"No! I just met her! I love you more than anyone."
"Whatever. Go buy my shoes." She stormed off.
3 weeks later she was put in a mental institution.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
"I broke you too up?" I looked down."Yea, but it was a good thing. She's still in Killy Mental Institution. That girl stabbed me with fork" Alan grabbed my hand.
"I reember the first time I met you." Kate speaks up.
How I Met Kate:
I sat down in my math class, alone, again."Ah, Kate! Just the one I was looking for."
"Hi Ms. Lori!" I perked up.
"Hi darling. We have a new student today, she's going to sit next to you. I assume you will be nice." She smiled and handed me a test I took the day before.
A 98?!?! What did I do wrong? Oh wait. I didn't see the +2
I was a straight A+ student in Math.
A short blonde girl walked in. She sat next to me.
She seemed nice and I didn't want to ruin another friendship. So instead of acting nice and smart and geeky I'll maybe try something different.
"Hi, I'm Abbie!" She smiled and reached her hand out to shake mine.
I refrained myself from shouting 'hi I'm Kate, let's be best friends!'
"Kate." I brushed my hair from my face and took off my big black rimmed glasses.
I never put those glasses on again.
I never got another hundred in Math.
--------------------------------------------
"You failed math and acted popular because of me?" I felt even worse now.
