Corbyn's POV
I hated being left on read.
"Ok, so I am not comfortable with you calling me babe." She stormed into my room. Great. It seemed like she was in a terrible mood. AGAIN.
"Well, what am I supposed to call you then?"
"My name would be preferable."
I guess I could do that. I didn't care. The only reason I called her was that I knew she hated it.
"So, I'm assuming you received my text?" I raised an eyebrow at her.
"Yes, I got your annoying little message." She rolled her eyes. I noticed that she did this quite frequently. "I don't know why you just didn't come to my room. Daniel is not going to like it if he finds out that I'm in here." She looked around the room nervously.
"Ok, first of all, I know for a fact that Daniel and Zach ran out to grab food. They should be gone for at least a half-hour."
"Normally people only say "first of all" when they have a second point. So, what is your second point, or do you not have one?"
I was beginning to think that maybe she wasn't my type after all.
Jonah's POV
I heard arguing coming from Corbyn's room. It sounded a lot like Katie's voice, but why would she be in there?
I decided I would go investigate.
I stood outside the door and just pressed my ear against it.
"Why do you have to be so difficult?"
That was definitely Katie talking.
"You are the one being difficult. If we are going to actually make this look believable, you might want to start pretending you actually like me."
Make what look believable? What was Corbyn up to with Daniel's little sister? All of a sudden, I felt kind of protective over her.
