Katie's POV
Jack was my new best friend. I could tell Zach was hurt by the whole thing. The things I normally did with him I now did with Jack. I hated doing that to him, but it was necessary.
Corbyn and I had only minutes alone, and those were few and far in between.
We still acted like we hated each other, but it was getting harder to make it seem believable. I was starting to feel like maybe I should just tell Daniel. Corbyn disagreed with me. He thought we should hold out a little longer, but I was so worried about getting caught. Also, Jonah was being really nosy.
Corbyn's POV
Katie wanted to tell Daniel, but I tried to convince her that was a bad idea. I was pretty sure he wouldn't be thrilled about the news.
I was afraid that she wouldn't listen to me though. I knew it was hard for her. She seemed really sad about breaking off her friendship with Zach. If I was completely honest with myself, I felt guilty about the whole thing. I thought about ending it. She might be sad at first, but she could be friends with Zach again. I hated seeing her all worried and upset.
