Jonah's POV
Daniel walked over to me.
"So, obviously I can't have Corbyn and Katie sharing a room anymore. He will be staying with me, and I am trusting you to behave yourself. You and her will now be roommates."
"Really? I didn't think you would want me in there with her."
"Well, I don't really have a choice. Jack and Zach are inseparable, and I want Corbyn with me so I can keep an eye on him. If you try anything, you will have to get your own room."
"Does Katie know that I'm going to be in there with her yet?"
"Yeah, I asked her if she would be cool with that. She said anyone would be better than Corbyn right now."
He looked at me and then walked out of the room. I heard him say something to Katie, and she walked in and shut the door behind her.
She nodded at me, and then she went over to her bed and started crying.
I went over to her and wrapped my arms around her. She just sat there for a minute. Then, she buried her head in my chest and sobbed like her heart was breaking.
She pulled away slightly and rubbed her eyes with her shirt sleeve.
"I'm sorry. I got tears all over your t-shirt." She tried wiping at it, but she gave up after a few minutes of rubbing.
"It's ok." I tried to hand her a tissue, but she shook her head.
"I'm not crying anymore," she said. "I think I'm going to go get a shower before we have to leave for the concert."
"You can stay here if you want."
"No, I'm going." She smirked. "You can't get rid of me that easily."
Now she sounded more like herself.
