Corbyn's POV
She looked shocked. I knew she and Zach were close, so I wasn't sure if she was going to believe me or not. Tears started pouring down her face.
Why on earth was this girl crying? I swear I learned something new about her constantly.
"Why are you crying?" I took ahold of her small hand and tried pulling her closer to me.
She shook her head. She leaned forward and brushed my hair off my forehead.
"He had no right to beat you like this. Why didn't you defend yourself?"
I shrugged. "I didn't really have time to react."
She stood up. "Come to my bathroom. I need to get a better look at your eye. I have some Arnica gel that is supposed to help bruises heal faster."
I took her hand and looked into her eyes that were now red and puffy. "Thanks," I whispered before I leaned in and kissed her.
She hesitated at first, and then she wrapped her arms around my neck and started kissing me back.
Just as quickly as it had happened, she pulled away.
"What are you trying to do to me?" She cried.
I guess I looked hurt because she quickly shut her mouth.
"Come on," She pulled me out of my room and down the hallway to her bathroom.
