Katie's POV
I heard Corbyn curse loudly, and then he screamed like he was in pain. I dropped my books, and I ran down the hall to his room.
"Oh my god," I cried. Corbyn was crouched on his floor holding his t-shirt to his nose that was spitting blood everywhere. His one eye was also starting to turn black and blue.
He might not be my favorite person in the world, but I also didn't want to see him in pain.
He kept muttering under his breath. I forced myself to look at his face instead of his muscular abs. I put my arms around him gently.
He leaned into me, and I started rubbing circles tenderly on his back.
"Who did this to you?" I demanded.
"Oh wow, for once you're not directing your anger towards me." He smirked.
Seriously. That boy sure did have some nerve.
Corbyn's POV
She leaned towards me and touched my bruised eye. I winced, and she jerked back.
"I'm so sorry. You're going to need to put ice on that before it swells shut. Also, don't you guys go on tour soon? Like in two weeks?"
I nodded. She was a lot prettier when she wasn't yelling at me for being a jerk. I hadn't exactly been nice to her, so I was surprised to see that she actually cared about me.
"Well, I hope that eye heals by then. You didn't answer my question. Who beat you up? Was it Daniel or Jonah?" She pulled away from me again, and I immediately missed her arms wrapped around me.
"Neither. Zach came in, and I said hey. Then, he stepped towards me, and the rest is history."
