During the concert...
Katie's POV
I was in a balcony with a few of the boys' managers. It was nice and quiet. I also had an excellent view of the stage. The boys were currently performing 8 Letters, and Corbyn kept looking at me during his solo. I kept giving him the death glare, but I soon decided it was better to ignore the idiot.
A few songs later, I was starting to get a headache from all the noise and the screams of the fangirls. I took a few Advil, and I asked one of the managers if they could give me some earplugs.
Unfortunately, they didn't seem to block out that much noise. I just wanted to go back to my hotel room and sleep.
Zach's POV
I tried to focus on the music, but I kept watching Katie. I was worried about her, and I saw Daniel keep glancing up at her too.
Jonah seemed all flustered about the situation. We were singing Cold in L.A. When we got to his solo, he totally blanked on the lyrics. Daniel quickly stepped in and sang his part. Normally, I was the one who forgot the lyrics. This was a first for Jonah.
Daniel's POV
What was wrong with Jonah? He never forgot his lyrics. Thankfully, the concert would be over soon. I looked at him and raised my eyebrows. He just mouthed, "I'm sorry."
I saw Corbyn watching him with an irritated look on his face. I was really beginning to regret inviting my sister to stay with us. I was happy she was with me, but I was worried about her and the boys.
After the concert back to the hotel...
Katie's POV
I went over to Jonah. "Are you ok," I whispered.
He nodded. I placed a hand on his shoulder, but I quickly removed after I saw Corbyn watching us. Daniel came over to us.
"Dude, it's not a big deal. At some point, we've all forgotten lyrics." That wasn't entirely true. Daniel never forgot his or anyone else's lyrics.
I was glad he said it, though. I was also happy to be back at the hotel. I hoped that everyone would soon just go to bed.
Zach yawned. Thank god for Zach. "I'm going to head to my room. Come on, Jack."
They both headed off to bed, and Corbyn followed them. Daniel looked at me and Jonah, but he followed after Corbyn.
I tugged on Jonah's hand. "Come on," I said.
Jonah's POV
I was so embarrassed. Katie and Daniel were both being super nice about the whole thing. I sat down on my bed, and Katie sat down next to me.
"It's not the end of the world, Jonah," she laid her head over on my shoulder.
"I know," I looked down at her. She seemed so peaceful, and I wondered if she still thought about Corbyn.
"Are you tired? It'll all seem better in the morning."
"Not really. Want to watch some Netflix with me?"
"Ok, but I might fall asleep," she warned.
I wouldn't mind that at all.
