wow i was actually turning 24 today, the time just goes so quickly and i still got growing pains bothering me and they keep me awake at night. i never wanted to grow up but i am really happy that it's my birthday..who wouldn't be excited on their birthday?

i woke up and got changed in something casual and pretty and i saw lots of birthday messages from fans, friends, and family. it made me really happy that everyone took their time to say happy birthday to me which was so sweet. i also saw shawn's post on instagram too saying happy birthday to me.

this was what his caption was in the pic: happy birthday to most beautiful, amazing and the most lovely, and the most coolest person in the world. i've been best friends with this amazing girl for as long as i can remember. alessia, you are one of a kind and i'm glad u are part of my life. i'm so thankful that you're my girlfriend, i couldn't ask for a better girlfriend. you make me the happiest guy in the world. i love you so much endlessly.💙

i teared up a bit while reading the caption. the caption was so touching and just so sweet. i didn't deserve a guy like him at all.

Everyone tagged me in their birthday posts and it made me so happy. I loved my family so much. after all the birthday wishes, i had fun with my parents doing fun activities and we also went to a restaurant for dinner too. when i arrived with my parents to the restaurant, everyone was already sitting at the table. me and shawn sat beside each other.

shawn: "happy birthday alessia."

alessia: "thank u so much."

we all had dinner and then everyone sang happy birthday to me when the birthday cake arrived. shawn had his arm around my shoulders as he sang happy birthday to me. and after that, we had cake. shawn gave me a birthday present. the gift was in a purple small box with a ribbon.

i opened it and there was a bracelet.

alessia: "this is so pretty, thank u so much."

i kissed him on the cheek and he helped me put on the bracelet. this birthday was the best birthday ever. being 24 never felt this good and it's just the beginning. when i went to bed, i went on my instagram and uploaded to my story and posted a photo.

everyone liked the photo and commented within just 4 seconds. shawn commented too and everyone else and i liked their most of their comments. after all that, i placed my phone on the table when i was done and then i went to sleep.
