I woke up in my bed. I looked around and saw Jabez on the end of my bed. I yawned and pulled my covers off of me. Jabez turned to me and smiled. "Morning." he said.

"Morning. Did we?"

Jabez shook his head. "I put you in bed and slept in my room. I was just waiting on you to wake up."

"Oh okay." I said.

"How do you feel?"

"It's just all crazy Jabez. I'm with Terrence.  I don't know if he is apart of that gang shit." I said.

"It's just not fair."

"What?" I asked.

"I lost the most important things to me. After we broke it off my best friends won't even talk to me for real."

"I'm sorry Jabez. We wanted what was best for you. If I would've known."

"We would've stayed together." He said.

I nodded.

"Don won't even talk to me."

"Well invite him over we will explain it all."

"I don't know."

"Come on Jabez." I said.

"I don't want him to say no."

"Give me your phone J." I said.

He handed it to me. I texted him in a polite way while we waited we make Tik Toks. He texted back a hour later. "I'll see if I can clear my schedule." 

"So it's settled he coming." I said.

"Thank you Asia." He said hugging me.

We kept hugging. It made me think about when we first got together. It felt right. The thought of any of the drama went away.

"Don't let go." I said.

"I wasn't planning to."

We hugged for a few more seconds. I let go and kissed him. He kissed back for a second but then he backed out. He looked confused.

"Sorry." I said.

"For what?" He asked.

"For kissing you." I said.

"It's okay. I just want you to figure out things with Terrence before we start anything."

"Oh.."

"Do you wanna be with him?" Jabez asked.

I shrugged. "He's good to me." I said making Jabez roll his eyes.

"Do you want me to tell you about when I got shot?"

"Jabez I know it was Isaiah."

"He was with someone in a mask. But he was built like Terrence. I could see his eyes and mouth but they never found him."

I gasped. "Are you just saying that?"

"No." He said.

"How come you didn't tell me?" I asked.

"I dropped hella on you last night. Plus I just thought about it. Isaiah wanted to get the both of us."

I looked down. "Oh my gosh."

"He wanted to shoot me to stop me. He was planning on kidnapping you."

"Asia...we aren't safe in Texas."

I got a text. I looked down and saw that it was Terrence. My heart started pounding.

"What's wrong?" Jabez asked.

"It's Terrence."

"I'll look at it."

I handed him the phone.

"He said you making tik toks with this nigga now?" Jabez said.

I rolled my eyes. "What the fuck."

"He follow me on Tik Tok now? They stay stalking me."

Jabez's phone went off. He looked down. "Diamond said the same thing."

I sighed.

"Like I said we aren't safe in Texas."

"Well what are we gonna do?" I asked

"Transfer maybe?"

"I've never even been to California."

"You have a full ride to anywhere."

"I don't know I have to let my family know. Our parents just got this apartment." I said.

"It's month to month. We can move at anytime. Plus...my friend Blesiv wants to do a tour."

"Who is Blesiv?" I asked.

Jabez sighed. "You don't know who he is?"

"Obviously not if I'm asking."

"He's a big YouTuber." He said.

"Of course." I said.

Jabez laughed. "Anyways he invited me I kinda didn't wanna go by myself-"

"So your asking me to go?" I asked.

"It's only a few weeks and your not doing anything."

"I'm not doing anything??"

Jabez laughed. "I mean what are you doing?"

"Nothing..."

"Exactly Jabez said poking me. Just think about it okay."
