"Oh wow."

"And guess what Makayla knew." Aria said.

I was silent.

"Asia why aren't you acting suprised."

"I knew too." I said.

"Wowwwwww...wow so my whole family knew who my daddy was except me? This is some bull shit."

"Aria I just found out recently too. Look-"

"No, fuck you,mom,Makayla and our supposed daddy." Aria said then hung up.

"Damn." Jabez said.

"She has to know." I shrugged.

Jabez smiled. "I'm sorry I'm just so happy."

"You did this shit on purpose." I said laughing.

"I didn't. God did." he said touching my stomach.

"Wow a baby's growing inside me." I said smiling.

"Sure is."

"We have to tell my mom. But how do I tell them?" I asked.

"I don't know."

"We should tell our family at the same time. After all this is settled have dinner and tell them."

Jabez nodded. "Cool."

4 months later

I've started college. I decided to do hold off basketball . Which has been really hard for me to do. The thought of the baby is exciting.

"So are we gonna tell them?"

"Yes but my mom said Arias still mad."

"Asia they have to know. You keep stalling. It's thanksgiving."

"Fine." I said. I called my mom and waited.

"Hey Asia."

"Hey mom."

"What's up?" She asked.

"Um..so remember I was thinking about doing a dinner between Jabez's family and ours. Like we used to?" I asked.

"Um yeah. You know I was just over his moms house we don't have to." She said.

"Mom please?" I asked.

"Why do you wanna do this so bad? You know all that's going on."

"I know but we...I just wanna do it okay? I mean it's thanksgiving. Maybe we can do something on Friday."

"Fine. Come over tonight."

"Tonight?" I asked.

"Yes you wanna do it so bad. Let everyone know. See you at 8." My mom said then hung up.

Jabez looked at me. "What's she say?" He asked

"We're doing it tonight."

"Oh really?"

I nodded.

Later that day

Jabez drove us to my parents house. I came in and saw Aria. She surprisingly hugged me. "I'm sorry for being mad at you. Truth I'm just mad at mom...and our biological father."

"It's okay. I know it was a lot to take in." I said.

We all sat at the table. Hannah looked at me up and down like she always does. I ignored it and waited for Jabez's mom to pray like she always does.

"Can you hand me the potato's?" Aria asked.

I handed them to her. "How's everyone day going."

"My days going great actually." Cecilia said taking a bite of meat. "Although I was busy tonight but you guys wanted me to come so bad."

"Same I was supposed to be working." Hannah said.

"Mom you had no plans. On thanksgiving!"

"I work on thanksgiving Jabez I save people's lives!" Hannah said.

"And yeah it's thanksgiving but I was going on a date night with-"

"Mom...stop what's going on with y'all."

"Me and Hannah are at a disagreement." Cecilia said.

"Yeah and I'm right." Hannah said.

"And I don't even wanna be here right now." Aria adding on.

"Well nobody wants you company anyways with that attitude." Makayla said.

"Girl bye." Aria said.

I sighed.

"Girls I didn't wanna do this either but Asia insisted." My dad said.

"Much rather be with my other father!" Aria said.

"Oh shit." Rocky said.

"Rocky!" Cecilia said.

"You can go be with that punk. I'm tired of you acting like this Aria. You have been extremely disrespectful! Now I am your mother. I get you're mad but this is unacceptable."

Aria rolled her eyes. "Whatever!"

"Guys." Jabez said.

"Y'all are a mess this is why I don't come around as much." Hannah said

Cecilia gasped. "Are you serious?"

"Yes mom!"

"You're not moving to North Korea. What the fuck is wrong with you!" Cecilia said.

"Not north-"

"Listen! We have something to tell you guys. Can you all set your differences aside!" I said.

"Please." Jabez added on.

"We've been trying to tell you guys something for months!" I said.

"So what is it?" Hannah asked.
