JABEZ'S P.O.V

Aria and I were at the hospital. She had just got done getting checked on. The police were talking to us. Asking us a ton of questions. They soon left and we waited.

"I can't believe this all happened. How is he even out so fast?" Aria said crying.

"I don't know. They're dangerous." I said.

Aria shook her head. "We have to get out of here."

"I agree. I should've went with y'all. This is my fault." I said.

"I think it was gonna happen. They were planning that."

Asia's parents came in and hugged Aria instantly. I could tell they were crying.

"Jabez, what all happened?"

I explained. The doctor came back and talked to us.

"Asia's in critical condition."

ARIAS P.O.V

"Oh my gosh my baby." My mom said.

"Is the baby okay?" Jabez asked.

The doctor looked down. "There's no easy way to say this."

"No." Jabez said with hurt.

"The fall was so traumatic. The baby could not survive it. Asia hardly survived it." The doctor said.

"So what is going on with Asia?" My mom asked.

"She's currently on life support."

I looked over at Jabez. He was crying. He tried to hide it. My mom talked to our "dad" and walked somewhere else. I sat by Jabez who was red.

"I can't believe the baby's gone. Diamond took the baby away. They took everything from me. I loved basketball and I never told anyone this but....I wasn't as good after. It took me a hard time to even get back. I feel like they gave me that player of the year shit because of all the stuff I went through. I'm just so scared Asia won't be able to recover." Jabez said.

"She will. I promise you she will."

"How can you tell?"

"Asia's a strong person. She can get through anything. We just have to pray and have faith."

"Okay." Jabez said.

"Awl Jabez it's okay." I said hugging him.

Soon Makayla, Jabez's parents and family came up. Hannah came up to Makayla and hugged her. She then walked up to me.

"What a tragedy you know. How could someone?" Hannah said.

"I know." Jabez said.

"You see this shit?" I asked Makayla.

"What?"

"Her being fake."

"Maybe she changed." Makayla said.

"I wonder if she knows she lost the baby." I said.

"I dunno. It's sad. I was looking forward to be a aunt." Makayla said.

I nodded. "Me too."

"I wanna beat that bitchs ass. Like bad."

"I do to but she doesn't fight alone. You gotta remember her families are in gangs and shit. Isaiahs out."

"He's on parole though. If he doesn't anything he has to go back. Which he did. He assaulted you."

"They're going to jail period." I said.

We got told we could see her. I went back and cried some more. After Jabez took me back to their house along with Rocky. Tommy came over. I was so emotional.

"Are you okay?" Tommy asked.

"Yes...it's just a lot." I said.

"What about you Jabez?" Rocky asked.

"I'm okay. She's gonna make it. I have nothing to worry about." Jabez shrugged.

"That's right." I said.

"Where am I sleeping?" Rocky asked.

"The couch duh."

JABEZ'S P.O.V

I woke up the next day and went to the living room. I saw Rocky. He had the cover on his head. "Wake Yo Rocky." He didn't say anything. I walked to him and pulled the cover. "Wake u-" I saw Diamond laying on him with a mask. "Why the fuck are you in here?!"

Rocky woke up and screamed. "What the?"

"You really wanted to sleep with her?"

"I don't even know why she's on me!"

Diamond yawned. "Oh hey baby. Looky here you're not gonna tell on me or my baby zay."

"Zay?" Rocky asked.

"Isaiah you dumb ass!" Diamond said.

"Why are you on him?!" I asked.

"He looked comfy. Anyways where's Aria the slut?"

"Don't go anywhere near her." I said grabbing my phone. Diamond snatched my phone.

"Baby...baby...don't do that."

"Give me my phone."

"I own you now." Diamond said.

"What?!"

She put my phone in her bra. I went to Asia's old room where Aria was. "Oh baby I took her phone too. Oh and Tommys and Rocky's. Oh and this mask. You guys will be passed out in a couple of minutes."

"Huh?" Rocky said.

I ran to the door and tried to open it. She ran up to me and tased me. "What the fuck Diamond?" I said falling.

"Jabez." Rocky called out.

"Don't y'all smell something? I have gas everywhere in this bitch."

"Oh I thought that was you because it's fishy." Rocky said.

"You-" Diamond sighed. "Anyways...you're staying in here. When Asia wakes up you won't be there for her dumb ass. You and her sister."

"What?" I said.

"Mhm..."

I started to feel lightheaded. I felt like I was gonna pass out. Diamond looked at up both and grinned. "I see it's working. Nighty night"
