ROCKY'S P.O.V

I saw Jabez get beat and I saw him struggling to breathe.

"How could you do this?!" I yelled.

"Shut up bitch. Or this will be you." Diamond said.

They grabbed a hand Jabez,Aria then Tommy. I heard sirens. All the gang members looked at each other.

"Shit." Diamond said.

They pushed us down the steps. Lifted us then laid us on the parking lot in our cuffs. I crawled to Jabez.

"You're gonna make it bro." I said.

"Help!!!!" Aria screamed.

"Help!!!" Tommy yelled.

I saw the cops coming.

"There on their way." I said.

The police and ambulance came. The cut our hand cuffs off. They took Jabez away and questioned us. Apparently Diamond and her gang member family is on the run.

"Is my brother gonna be okay?" I asked.

"Your moms on her way. She said she'll take you up there."

I nodded. "Thanks."

I saw Aria crying and Tommy rubbing her back. A paramedic was making sure she was okay.

My mom picked us up and took us to see Jabez. His knees were broken and he had bruises everywhere. Aria cried when she saw him. She hugged him.

"Thank you Jabez. You saved us." She said.

"Yeah you really did." Tommy said.

"No problem. I'll do anything for family." He said weakly.

"Jabez we need to get you away. Just for a while."

Jabez nodded. "I agree."

"You need to stay off social media and move." My mom said.

"That's why I wanted to move to Cali." Jabez said.

My mom shook her head. "No."

"What why?" Jabez said.

"You need somewhere you can hide." My mom said.

"Can't he do witness protection?" I asked.

"Yeah he could but he refused."

"Why Jabez?" I asked.

"What's the point and people know who I am. We just need to move and get restraining orders." Jabez said.

" You need to worry about getting better." My mom said.

"You really do Jabez." Tommy said.

"Forget me. I'm worried about Asia."

"I know honey but we have to make sure you're good. Asia is recovering well."

"That's good. Rocky why don't you roll me to go see her." Jabez said pointing to the wheel chair.

"No you need to listen to doctors orders." My mom said.

JABEZ'S P.O.V

A few hours later I woke up and saw my mom outside my room crying. She was talking to more cops. They came into the room.

"Hey Jabez we wanna you some more questions."

"Look I already told you what I know. I wanna see my girlfriend."

"I'm pretty sure they will let you go up to see her. You have to worry about yourself." The officer said.

"I understand but I don't care about me. I wanna see her. Like now."

I answered there questions and the doctor came in.

"Hello Jabez, so we're going to keep you. Since you have a lot of injuries. I know you want to see your girlfriend."

"Correct." I said.

"So I'm going to let you go. Brenda will take you."

I nodded. Brenda took me along with my mom. I went in and saw her. The doctor was in the room along with Aria and Minnie.

"Oh my gosh Jabez! Are you okay?" Minnie asked.

"I mean I'm living. That's good right?"

"I was so worried about you guys. I'm so glad you're safe."

"Me too." I said.

"What's going on now?" My mom asked.

"She's stable." Aria said.

"That's good...I guess."

"She's doing really good. We're going to get her up hopefully soon." The doctor said.

"Get her up?" I asked.

"Oh..she's in a medically induced coma."

"What's that?" Aria said.

"Meaning we put her in it so she can recover."

"So you could wake her up now?" Aria asked.

"Yes." The doctor nodded.

I saw Asia's mom walk to the door. She was talking to some girl. She walked in and smiled at us.

"Teja?" Aria asked.

She nodded. "Hey Aria." She said then hugged her.

"I haven't seen you in so long! How are you?" Aria asked.

"I've been good...really good. The question is how are you guys?"

"Um...I'm sorry but who are you exactly."

"I'm Teja. Asia's bestfriend from Florida."
